NEW Primary Bathroom Large Walk-in Shower!
You will find serenity at this Monterey A401 condominium located in beautiful Seacrest Beach on Highway 30a (one and a quarter mile west of Rosemary Beach and approximately four miles east of Seaside). It is facing the Gulf of Mexico where sugary beaches are kissed by the Emerald coast waters. It is a small 24 condo development with three buildings and a community pool. There is an elevator located in each building. The 30a bike path is right out front so you can enjoy the area the most scenic way. Bike over to Alys or Rosemary Beach for concerts, coffee shops, restaurants and shops.

This Monterey condominium is located in a gated Gulf front complex featuring a three bedroom/three bath floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a private balcony for enjoying in the spectacular Gulf of Mexico views. There are also two grills located on the premises for grilling your lunch or dinner.

A401 is a 4th floor corner condo with breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf from the living area, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom. It also has a corner balcony located just off of the living and master bedroom with an outdoor seating area. Imagine lounging on the balcony watching the sunset after a day on the white sandy beach or watching the sunrise while drinking your first cup of coffee. It is certainly an ideal place to let the day unfold!

This condo sleeps 10 with a master king suite, guest king, guest queen bedroom, sofa bed and a set of hall bunks tucked behind doors in the hallway. Amenities include a Jacuzzi tub in the master suite, high speed wireless Internet, and TV/DVD players in each bedroom. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room.

The full-size kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite snacks or meals! The dining room table has seating for eight people with an additional 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living room is perfect for entertaining your family with plenty of seating space and large windows. There is also a TV, DVD player, and a CD stereo system. Please note that the fireplace has been removed.

Monterey A401 is a great place to make memories for years to come. It is also an ideal vacation getaway for couples or families.

Couldn’t ask for more!

My parents, my husband, and I could not has asked for a better hostess, accommodations, or beach! We had a wonderful time. Condo was perfection and the view from the balcony was the cherry on top! The personal touches from Norma Jean were so special. We appreciated the wine, banana bread, and check in from. We are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you all so much for the perfect condo for a special week with family!

Breathtaking view

A wonderful location and beautiful property. One person with us said there is nothing you could do to make the view any better! Nice new beach access stairway and the complimentary beach set up in March was much appreciated! Comfortable beds, cozy fireplace and clean accommodations. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our first time staying in the area for a family vacation and it was amazing!! the area was ideal, the water was a dream, and the property was fantastic! The rooms were very clean, and the views were amazing. I would recommend this to anyone going to the area. While we only had 5 people there was plenty of room for 10-12 people with ease. The beach set up was a great touch and the pool was a relaxing touch after a long day. 10 out of 10

30A Get Away

Wonderful mini vacation/ family time in 30 A . The condo is on the beach with unobstructed view of the gulf . The patio is furnished with comfortable furniture allowing early morning sightings of dolphins while enjoying coffee in our PJs . The condo is nicely furnished , kitchen well equipped , comfortable beds with nice linens. The complimentary chair setup, cranberry bread and wine was nice touch, appreciated and enjoyed. We. Would definitely stay at this property again.

The Vacation We Needed!!

We've stayed in several different properties over the past 10 years we've been vacationing in Seacrest, Florida. This property was one of the best. It was very clean and well equipped. It had everything we needed to cook, hang out, and go to the beach with. But the 2 best things about this property was the view from the penthouse patio and the private beach access. The beach was not crowded at all as in other popular places at Seacrest beach and it was easily accessed. We also loved the gated parking lot which limited traffic to the property. I would definitely rate this property 5-star and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Beach Trip in September

The condo was very nice. A few things could be updated, but overall it was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was tastefully decorated. The balcony was very, very nice and spacious with a beautiful view!! We saw dolphins every day. The beach is beautiful with white sand and very clear water. The weather cooperated for only three days of our stay, but there is plenty of shopping on 30A. The property manager was awesome!! We had an issue with the internet and she responded immediately. She was very attentive to our needs.

30A at It's Best

This gulf front (4th floor) condo has incredible views of the gulf and beach. Flocks of pelicans flying by the balcony so close you could almost touch them was an unexpected bonus. Once at the beach, we found the beach chairs and umbrellas spaced nicely and never two or three deep like we've seen at other locations along 30A. Our group was made up of adults and children that represent 3rd, 4th and 5th generations of 30A vacations. Monterey is ranked at the top of a long list of gulf front properties where we've stayed. The bonus room is really a nice feature for children.

Beautiful beach front views but needs to be cleaned!

Of course, this is a great location! But, the unit needs a deep cleaning. Everywhere you look you can find dirt. The place just needs to be scrubbed down. Supposedly clean bath towels in the unit had clumps of hair stuck in them from the dryer. It doesn't have to be showroom quality but at the price point, we expect a cleaner place.

Perfect Getaway Vacation

We have stayed in many vrbo units but A401 rates a solid TEN! The balcony views were spectacular providing sunrise to sunset views while lounging on our very private deck. The condo is spacious and was furnished with high quality furniture and decor making our stay very comfortable including a nicely heated swimming pool. The fireplace was a welcomed feature put to use during a couple of chilly nights. We never heard any other guests or noise from the other units. The Gulf of Mexico spans your entire view with breathtaking scenes throughout the day and evening. The beach was extremely quiet with sand the consistency of flour. You can walk or run for miles in either direction. Each day Jake had our cabana and chairs set up for our private use which capped off the most amazing week at the Monterey!

Great location, great layout, but...

The Good: unit has a great layout with 3 beds and ensuite baths. There is also an extra bunk set in a hallway closet and another closet with full washer and dryer. The location is fantastic with the beautiful beach directly below the unit. There is also an attendant on the beach who sets up chairs and umbrella every morning for you. Perfect. The furniture is in good shape and the living room entertainment center and content apps were fine. The Bad: the unit is showing some wear. A partial list of problems begins with the door to the balcony which WILL NOT CLOSE. The frame is off from salt air corrosion and the track arm mounted above the door has rotted through its link. EXTREMELY UNSAFE FOR SMALL KIDS. Fortunately our kids are teens so it was mostly just a nuisance as it would blow open every time the front door was opened. The stove top does not fit the hole cut out in the counter so if you are 5'8" or taller you will see down into the greasy slot behind it (and wonder what could crawl up from there). The TV/entertainment console in the 3rd bedroom does not work. It simply would not power on. Paint and plaster in several areas, notably 3rd bath shower area, is peeling and flaking. The faucets in this bath are hard to shut off, drip drip drip. The toaster handle falls off every time you use it. Just wanted to leave this note here since the property manager was in a hurry when we encountered them. Hope it helps.

We appreciate our guests' feedback, which we take very seriously. These guests did not comment that we provided them an early check in and they did not mention any issues when we talked during their stay. Unfortunately, the negative tone of their review is likely because they expected to remain in the condo unauthorized several hours after checkout time while housekeeping waited, and they were asked to leave. We strive to meticulously maintain this unit and make every effort to ensure our guests that any issues are addressed immediately. If these guests would have notified us during their stay, their concerns would have been addressed promptly by our maintenance team. We would have explained that the porch doors are secure if the stationary door latches are in place and the TV console would power on with the wall switch. We do hope the guests enjoyed their stay on 30A and the lovely beach!

Amazing Property in Amazing Location

We have stayed at many condos in the 30A area. We absolutely loved this condo and the location. We were about a mile from Seacrest and Rosemary, which made our bike rides to town easy and fun. The beach is steps from the condo and it is not crowded at all. Jake's Rental Service is right at the steps of the beach and he is a great guy. He rents the umbrellas and chairs, paddle boards and a catamaran. He doesn't take down the chairs and umbrellas until 6pm (much later than most places), and even then if he saw you wanted to stay longer, he would let you. There is a sandbar just a little ways out, which makes this spot on 30A super fun. The condo was beautifully appointed and had a very serene beach feel. Our twins absolutely loved the bunk bed room! The patio was probably our favorite part of the condo with the comfortable couch and chairs. We loved enjoying our coffee in the mornings and having appetizers in the evenings on it. The view doesn't get much better. One very nice aspect of this patio is that it was protected from direct sunlight, which made it lovely to sit out on at all times in the day. We have stayed several places where you couldn't use the patio at certain times of day because it was too hot with the direct sunlight. Overall, it is obvious that the owners of this condo care for it and want the renters to enjoy their stay. They even had a bottle of wine and loaf of delicious raisin bread awaiting us when we checked in! Norma, the owner of 30A Coast Vacation Rentals, was fabulous to work with and highly attentive to all our needs and requests. It was refreshing to work with a smaller company and more personal rental agent. Overall, an A+ for this property. It was a MUCH needed wonderful getaway after being in quarantine for so long.

Nice views!

We enjoyed spending time on the balcony overlooking the beach and down on the beach as well. Comfortable seating for the 6 of us on the balcony. Beautiful water and soft white sand. May is a nice time to visit.

Amazing view!

We loved our stay here! Everything was just as described in the listing. The views were spectacular and we spent a good bit of our time on the balcony. It has easy beach access and the beach was not crowded at all. Loved the little extras the owners threw in like complimentary beach set-up and fresh bread and wine upon arrival. The check-in and check-out process was very simple. We felt very comfortable in the condo and it had everything we needed. Thanks so much!
