Three levels of family-friendly relaxation await you at this ski-in/ski-out home, just steps away from the Snowflake chairlift! Après ski get-togethers are easy when the full kitchen has plenty of equipment for all your cooking needs. Cook up the main course on the private gas grill for an extra tasty sear. When everything's ready, you can enjoy it in the dining area with plenty of seating or in front of the gas fireplace (be sure to play some tunes on the Sony sound bar that includes a subwoofer!). Relaxing in the private hot tub is a must after a long day on the slopes. The middle floor suite includes a private balcony and an extensive en suite bathroom that includes a jetted tub, standalone shower, and double sinks. Guests of the lower floor can enjoy their own living room, as well as a private backyard entrance in one of the bedrooms. Plenty of board games and a DVD player in each living room guarantee an easy wind-down at the end of a long day.

The Snowflake beginner run and trailhead are both walking distance from the home, but the main Breckenridge Ski Resort is just under one-and-a-half miles on foot from from the home (or just over two miles if you decide to drive). This resort offers access to five different peaks, lovely après ski restaurants and venues, and the Rejuvenation Spa. This home is also just under a mile from Main street - enjoy shopping at favorite stores like Patagonia among charming local Breckenridge shops. Guests can enjoy world class fly-fishing along the Blue River, and families will love the live theater (and gold panning activities) at Country Boy Mine just over three miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
