Looking for the best of Breckenridge? How about this: A fantastic ski-in/out location next to the Snowflake Run and just a 3-minute walk to the shuttle to take you anywhere in town. Throw in a high-end townhome with all the amenities – including a private hot tub – and you’ve got the perfect mountain retreat. And in the summer, hiking the Snowflake trail, fishing at nearby Sawmill Reservoir, or viewing wildlife on the ski runs. Your family and friends will love you for finding this place!

Saddlewood Snowbird Townhome is a premium 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome that works perfectly for families and groups of up to 10 people. And with three bedrooms and bathrooms on three different levels, it’s great for multiple couples/families to share. The living area is warm and inviting with a stone gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray player, and a vaulted ceiling and large windows for a bright, open feel. The fully equipped kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite counters, stainless-steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. There’s room for six at the dining table and two more at the counter.

Other amenities include a heated one-car garage and one driveway space, a full-size washer/dryer in the home, and complementary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Great Getaway

Great location, amazing hot tub and quiet neighborhood to spend time together. The snowflake run and lift is 15 steps from the front door. So convenient.

Perfect ski vacation

Unit was very clean and management was very responsive and easy to contact. We would stay here again. Only issue with our unit was the Snowflake slope is pretty flat coming back down from the base of Peak 9.

Nice late season skiing at Breck.

Spent a week over my kids spring break skiing at Breckenridge. Home was well appointed with high end appliances and nice amenities. Well supplied with linens and basic paper products/toiletries. Snowflake lift/run access just across the street. Garage key pad access was malfunctioning a little bit while we were there but property manager was extremely responsive and there was a back-up key.

Annual Breck stay

Property was clean, spacious with very comfy beds after a hard day of skiing. Private hot tub especially nice. Super easy to ski out to Snowflake lift. A little lengthy but very doable walk to town. Skiing in was more difficult due tot he necessary polling but again doable. Highly recommend this property. We go every year and will stay here again! Has everything you need!

This property is great for families as the rooms are separated by a level- each one with a bathroom. Great ski in/out and right near a chairlift. Tidy and easy property.

Family get away

Property was great. House was well put together. The ski in/ski out was great but a lot of traversing and hard with little kids. Not a bad thing against the property but if you’re going to ski without poles it’ll be hard to get back to. Would def go back.

Great place close to the slopes and town

We had a great stay! We loved everything about the home. The hot tub was great after a long day on the slopes. It was very convenient to walk across the street and ski down to the lift. We hope to stay here again.

Great Location

Perfect location, just steps from Snowflake lift and easy stop on the snowflake trail to pop off, and right up the steps to the garage. Roughly 5 mins to Main Street. The house was great, amazing amenities!

Summer fun

We had a wonderful time in Breck staying at this beautiful and roomy townhome. The location is perfect for ever activity
hiking, biking, walking to Main Street, and the ski lift is right beside you. Everything was perfect and the manager, Leslie, was great to work with and quick to answer a text if needed. Hope to stay again in the future!
