Ce spacieux lotissement de style chalet de 2232 pieds carrés (3 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain) offre un accès facile à pied à la piste de ski 4 heures (2 minutes), au sentier Snowflake Lift / 5 ), ainsi que la rue principale du centre-ville (8 minutes). 3 niveaux de la maisons en rangée ont chacun une chambre et salle de bains. Le spectaculaire voûté grande salle a un mur de fenêtres avec une vue imprenable sur le mont Baldy, 2 canapés en cuir confortables, un grand fauteuil à bascule, et une belle cheminée en pierre avec des bûches à gaz, grand foyer et facile minuterie marche / arrêt. Salle à manger a un cadre rustique tableau 7 pieds en bois avec des sièges pour 8. La grande cuisine est entièrement équipée avec appareils pleine grandeur, des ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle pour 10+, ainsi que d'un bar avec 4 tabourets en cuir. Le grand maître suite plafond voûté dispose d'un lit king size, un grand bain à remous, douche à l'italienne, un lavabo double, ainsi que d'un dressing dans son intégralité. Sur le plan de maître est un loft calme coin salon avec bureau huche. Le deuxième étage chambre principale a un lit queen size et salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne. La troisième chambre de l'étage inférieur avec salle de bain a un lit king size et lits simples de la gigognes lits, idéal pour un troisième couple ou en famille. Il dispose d'un garage chauffé d'une voiture avec rangement pour les skis, planches, bottes, des vélos et l'équipement. La salle de lavage à l'intérieur de pratique a une laveuse et sécheuse pleine taille. Il y a un accès facile à la piscine chauffée clubhouse gratuit avec bains à remous, jeu-jeu pour enfants, et deux blocs du centre-ville restaurants Main Street et des magasins.

Bien que très bien situé pour les pistes de ski et du centre de Breckenridge, ce trois townhome niveau est sur une belle, boisée, rue calme avec une belle vue sur la montagne, la vie privée, et un excellent accès au terrain de jeux de la famille et la piscine de club. Il est seulement un demi pâté de l'arrêt de bus Free-Ride.

Amazing house and location

My wife, 4 year, and in laws had a fantastic trip. The house was great in every way and we could have easily had another couple with us. The location is fantastic, and the access to the pool which is only a 2 minute walk was a huge bonus. The owner is incredibly nice and responsive, he goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect for you. Can’t say enough good things about this place, and we can’t wait to come back!

Great place for skiing with family at Breck

Great house and location. Bill was easy to communicate with, the description was accurate, the house is well stocked for 8 people and everything worked fine. The location is just 2 blocks from the ski lift and 3 blocks from town.

Great location - great communication

The house is very comfortable, we stayed 3 couples and on 2 days, we had a visit for a 7th guest and didn’t feel too crowded. The attention the owner, Bill, was outstanding. He was so responsive to any question that occurred to us, plus he has everything incredibly organized so it makes the whole process easy.. would definitely come back next year.

An amazing home!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home for a week while we were in Breckenridge for a ski trip. Bill made everything so easy from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. He also provided so much information, and many resources that made everything easy and convenient. It is a super clean, well- organized property, very close to the slopes, nicely decorated, close to Main Street where all the restaurants and shops are. It has beautiful views, and really feels like a home away from home. We would definitely come back when we visit Breckenridge someday. We highly recommend this wonderful property for any visit to Breckenridge.!

Excellent home excellent location

This townhouse was just as advertised. It is a very short walk to the heart of Breckenridge. Because it has bedroooms on all three floors it worked perfectly for my extended family. The owner was very responsive and we would definitely go back to this house it’s a winner.

Great location for walking to Main St and ski lift

This townhouse feels like home. The owner is very hands on and wants you to have a great experience at his property. We cooked most of our meals here and had everything we needed and more. Location was convenient for exploring the town and also for those in our group hitting the slopes. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Home away from Home

The multiple floor layout provided lots of space for gathering together and quiet spaces, too. Loved the attention to detail with the basic amenities - it was great having what we needed available. The property manager was great to work with!!

Great property in an great location. Short walk to town or one minute drive to park at the F Lot

Bill was great from the time I booked. Condo was clean, well appointed, had everything we needed and felt like home away from home. I will be back and highly recommend to anyone heading to Breck.

Outstanding Breck Rental

This property was the best we've stayed in over the past 6 years on our annual ski trip. I cannot say enough good things about this townhouse and the owner. Everything was so well appointed and no detail was too small. We wish we could've stayed even longer.

Breckenridge vacation

The home is very comfortable. Three levels, three bedroom, bathrooms are nice. Nice kitchen with all necessary utensils. Living room for family activities. Owner very nice and well organized. I would recommend this property for families, and I would stay there again.

Wonderful option for ease of walking to village & gondolas, owners have thought of every creature comfort and helpful hint re Breckenridge. Townhome including wall-to-wall carpet is CLEAN, furniture and appointments are in excellent condition. We hope to return.

Wonderful family ski week

Lovely home for a family ski week. Plenty of space to spread out, comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen is a delight-updated with new appliances and well-appointed. Pretty easy walk to Snowflake lift, even easier ski down. We walked to town several nights. Easy down, not too bad back uphill. Host is very responsive. When we choose Breck again, will definitely re-book this home!

Excellent location and accommodations.

Bill and Shelley have their town home set up as though you are personal guests in their home. Directions for operating thermostats, laundry and appliances are clearly posted and the rooms are welcoming and comfortable. Location is an easy walk to Riverwalk and Main Street we never needed our car to head into town. You can walk to the gondolas for Peak 8, too. Townhome was clean, bedding and towels were luxurious. Thank you for sharing your getaway with us.

Breckenridge ski in /out townhome

This townhome is conveniently located 1.5 blocks from lift and ski run. It’s so easy to start and end the day without driving and parking. Everyone can be on own schedule because of proximity to slopes. It’s also about a 19 minute walk to Main Street for restaurants and shops. The townhome is very well equipped and everything was clean and in good condition. The host is very organized, informative and responsive.

Great place

Our family stayed at this home during the 4th of July weekend- a great way to beat the Texas summer heat! Bottom line is this is a beautiful home in a great location. We rarely used our car as main street is so close. Everything we could have wanted was available in the home. A special bonus is how helpful the homeowner is during the entire process. He provided very helpful information and was always friendly. We will definitely use this place again when we vacation in Breckenridge.

A wonderful place for summer in Breck

We loved our stay in this beautiful town home in Breck. Family of 6 in the mountains for our summer vacation. Excellent location with easy walking distance to Main Street. Multiple levels that allowed you to spread out but also wonderful main floor area for gathering with family and friends. Well appointed kitchen, furnishings and enclosed garage. The owners were very accommodating and provided additional info before visit as well as in the home. My family called it an EPIC vacation! We will definitely go back. Thank you Bill for everything!

I came to Breckenridge in 1971 as a new grad from Florida State and a kid from South Florida who had never seen snow. I worked as a ski tech/salesman at the Norway Haus ski shop, bunked in what is now the upstairs of the Hearthstone Restaurant, and fell in love with skiing and Breck. After 8 years as an Air Force pilot, 37 years as an airline pilot, my other love (and wife of 49 years), and I are back in Breck as part time residents. We consider 303 Primrose Path to be our second home, not just a rental unit, and hope to find folks who will enjoy it as much as we do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

After looking at many properties and locations, we were delighted to find 303 Primrose Path. The location is fabulous with very short and easy walks to ski lifts and downtown Breck. The street is very quiet and picturesque, not a parking lot condo! Freeride Bus stop is just around the corner, serving Main Street, the Gondola, Grocery Store, the Transportation Center, and more.
The large welcoming entry area was an immediate attention getter. The 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms are each on different levels offering a get-away and privacy. The comfortable and spacious great room features a high vaulted ceiling, large stone gas-log fire place, comfy leather seating, a great rocking chair, and a wall of windows with lots of light and views of Mt Baldy. The large fully equipped kitchen offers a comfortable and convenient setting for family food prep and a breakfast bar with 4 leather stools. The large rustic wooden dining table with seating for 8 provides a comfortable dining and gathering place. With a heated garage and full sized laundry appliances, we truly felt at home.

LOCATION!!! Close-in, yet private & quiet, good parking, and spacious living areas.
You don't have to pile into a car to get to skiing, shopping in town, or restaurants. Everyone can have their own schedule for activities without meeting up to get home. At the end of the day, you come back to a large and comfortable family room/dining area to share your adventure stories or show off the good deals you found in town.
When it is time to call it a night, each bedroom has a flat screen HDTV with cable, good lighting for that special book, and comfortable bedding to get rested up for the next day..
The Master Bedroom is a true retreat with its vaulted ceiling, large walk-in closet, and spa-like bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower, and double sinks. The Master level also has quiet get-away sitting area loft with an office hutch including a wireless printer/copier.
This townhome is a great retreat yet conveniently located.
