This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling patio doors in both the living room and primary bedroom leading to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bath includes a walk-in shower and twin sinks. The second bedroom also has its own private balcony. Other features of this elegant and contemporary-style vacation rental include a private foyer entry from the elevator, granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Both bedrooms and the living room have TVs with HD channels and DVD players. Enjoy 96 channels of Digital TV, 66 channels of HD TV, and 50 channels of digital music. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort, but please bring your own beach towels.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
