We live nearby on a small farm in Lillian, Alabama - just 20 to 25 minutes from Perdido Key and we now own four Indigo 2 br condos. We started handling our own condo rentals in 2011, sort of by happenstance. We dropped by one of our condo rentals and discovered that it was not anywhere close to being as clean as our standards would require. We rolled up our sleeves and spent the next 4 hours double teaming the cleaning ourselves. When our guests arrived, they were astounded to find such a clean condo and that made us feel very proud and we were happy to know we had pleased our incoming guests. From there, the rest is history as they say. For more than a decade now, we have personally handled all bookings, check-ins, housekeeper coordination, cleaning inspections, deep cleans, etc., and we have made many great friends and enjoy a repeat business level of more than 80%. We actually only planned to own 3 condos at Indigo, but when we learned that this condo was suddenly available, we knew we needed to make the purchase. This condo was well known to be one of the nicest condos at Indigo, and it had never been on the rental market. We are very fortunate and proud to own 1804E and make it available to the most discerning of rental guests. From the brilliant white quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, to the grays, whites and coastal calm blues used to decorate the condo, the crisp and inviting feeling of this condo will make you feel completely at home instantly.
