Relax and enjoy the experience of the hot sun, white sand and clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view from the 7th floor balcony allows the greatest beginning and end to any day from watching the dolphins at sunrise to the most beautiful sunsets to end a perfect day.

All Spring, Summer and Fall rentals are from Saturday to Saturday ONLY

Nice, modern & clean!

We really enjoyed this property. The building itself is under construction so there was only one working elevator and some parking spots blocked off for the construction crew. It didn’t affect our stay. The condo was super clean and really nice and modern. The view was spectacular. We will forsure stay here again.

We had a wonderful time.. view from balcony was beautiful.. property was clean with everything we needed. We love Perdido Key… good reasonable priced restaurants.. I would like to suggest having an empty cabinet in kitchen for those who bring food to have there .

Great stay at Perdido Skye Condo

The condo itself was great. The building needs work. The pool deck is bad. The gates getting to the beach desperately need to be replaced. There is no security to keep anyone out of the pool or access to the beach that is not a guest or resident. The building was under renovation at the time and the contractor was taking up so many of the parking spaces that there was not enough parking for those staying there.

Quiet little oasis

Property was a described. Easy check in, Jack was very responsive with any questions or concerns. Only thing i was not a fan of was we werent informed of the construction going on before hand and when walking up from the beach one day, our condo door was wide open with workers, working on the door frames and doors. Didnt feel comfortable that they had our access code without our knowledge. Other than that, it was a good little place.

Great place to stay

The rental was outstanding. It was very clean, nicely decorated, appliances appeared to be fairly new were in very good working order. Kitchen was nicely furnished even though we didn’t cook much. Bed slept wonderfully. Great view from the balcony. Jack, the owner, was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. Check in was a breeze. I would stay there again. Had a great vacation.

Amazing Location!

Proximity is everything, and this place has THE BEST location. I’ll be honest, when we first pulled up to the property, it looked a little shabby and run down. My partner and I both looked at each other like “oh F, what did we get ourselves into?” And then the elevator door got stuck as we went up. I had to use full force to pry it open. When we got to the room, though, we were so relieved. It was cute, simple, and very clean. The view was fabulous (astonishing, at times). We saw dolphins out in the water our first day. Very short walk to the water. The place is very much ocean front and there is a great little beach restaurant across the street. Check in/check out was a breeze, and the property owner couldn’t have been nicer over email/street. It did appear they were giving the place a face lift while we were there, So hopefully, the outside of the building will match this unit soon! Kitchen was awesome and had everything you’d need. Cleaning crew overdid it on the Febreze fabric stuff. Legit could not use the comforter because it had such a strong odor (and was even damp with Febreze for a few days). This is very minor and the place was awesome. Great stay. Highly recommend this Host!

Perfect for us.

This unit was the perfect location for the wife and I. We just needed 1 BR and 1 bath. This condo was close to the beach, pool and many other attractions around the area. Got to see the Blue Angels practice at NAS Pensacola, went to FloraBama, Orange Beach and downtown Pensacola. We also enjoyed the area for the great dining opportunities for seafood. Would definately stay again.

Fabulous ! Directly On The Beach

I cannot say enough about this great unit right in the middle of everything you would need !! The unit was decorated very nice and comfortable! It had all the luxuries of home ! With a great view !!! The owner was so nice and easy to work with and we even had an early check in! We will be back Soon !

This property is heaven on earth! It has everything you need for a relaxing stay with an incredible view from the spacious balcony and windows of the white sand beaches and beautiful Gulf of Mexico! Restaurants and shopping just a walk across the street.

Amazing week at Perdido Skye!

We like to take annual beach vacations and wanted to try a new location this year. After visiting the Gulf Coast a few years ago, we narrowed down our search to Perdido Key and found the most wonderful ocean-front condo there. Perdido Skye has a 180-degree panoramic view of the beach that is breathtaking. It's an easy walk to the shoreline, and we enjoyed a week on its uncrowded, peaceful, pristine beach. This condo has been completely remodeled with stylish furnishings, high-end appliances and has powerful A/C units. It has a very upscale living space to enjoy, with all the kitchen amenities one needs and a king bed that is extremely comfortable. We met its owner, Jack, who went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. We have already made reservations to return next year. We highly recommend Perdido Key and specifically Jack's condo. It is everything we desire for a week in paradise.

Quite and beautiful

Perfect getaway for someone not wanting to be in the hustle bustle of things. Beach wasn't crowded, traffic was light, good local food. We had a great time. The condo was perfect as described.

End of summer trip

Me and my wife stayed here for a long weekend and the condo Exceeded are Expectations the condo is very up to date and we’ll taken care of with modern decor. It’s right on the beach with beautiful views we will definitely be returning.

Beautiful view

Our unit on the 7th floor was extremely nice with a beautiful view of the water. We enjoyed riding our bicycles in the morning at Gulf State Park which was close by and spent a few afternoons enjoying the music at Flora-Bama.
