The apartment is ideal for young and older couples because it is located on the ground floor of an eighteenth-century building and therefore there are no stairs to climb.

The apartment is 50m2 and consists of a bedroom with double bed (180x 220 cm) and large wardrobe, a living room with two sofas, an armchair, TV, dining table and kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a small oven plus a microwave, electric hob, kettle, coffee-maker (not electric) and all the essentials such as pots and pans etc. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, electric radiator and hairdryer. There is a washing machine just outside the bathroom.

From the living room you can access a private inner courtyard ( 5 x 4 metres) with an ancient well and small garden planted with flowering shrubs. In the courtyard is a gazebo offering shade and privacy with a wrought iron table and chairs where you can dine outdoors.

Good motorway links make Florence, Rome and Naples easily accessible.
