L'appartement Stella est situé dans le centre historique de Cortona en Toscane, une ville médiévale célèbre pour ses origines étrusques et une belle architecture et l'art. L'appartement se trouve dans le Vicolo de la Notte, une petite ruelle donnant sur la rue principale, la Via Nazionale. Le quartier est piéton pour la plupart de la journée et l'emplacement est calme mais tous les restaurants, les belles boutiques et cafés sont à quelques pas. L'antiquaire de la famille du propriétaire est en face de l'appartement. L'appartement donne sur la rue et les bâtiments typiques du 15ᵉ siècle de Cortona.

Wi-fi gratuit et climatisation inclus dans le prix. Le stationnement est disponible au parking Spirito Santo, juste à l'extérieur des murs de la ville, et un escalier roulant vous amène rapidement au centre historique de Cortona. Il y a 5 couchages.

L'appartement se situe au premier étage (sans ascenseur) et est à la fois confortable et très bien meublé. Il y a une dizaine de marches pour accéder à l'appartement au premier étage. L'escalier mesure environ 90 cm de large.

Il a un grand salon avec télévision par satellite, cheminée originale en pierre, table et chaises, fauteuils et canapé-lit (120 cm de largeur). Il y a une buanderie avec lave-linge etc au rez-de-chaussée.

Il y a une cuisine a l'américaine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle 1 chambre double et une chambre avec 2 lits simples. 2 spacieuses salles de bains (une avec baignoire et douche séparée aussi). Chauffage (charges extra).

Grâce à sa position géographique privilégiée, on peut rejoindre rapidement les lieux d'intérêt artistique les plus importants de la Toscane et de l'Ombrie tel que Florence, Arezzo, Sienne, Assise, Pérouse. Les jolis villages moyenâgeux comme Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Rapolano et Bagno Vignoni sont proches.

La gare de Camucia est à moins de 3 km de route.

Avec les bonnes autoroutes, Florence, Rome et Naples sont facilement accessibles.

Great home base for regional day trips

Rustic and charming. Right in the center of historic Cortona. Sitting area in dining area was a bit small. WiFi was good. Need garbage can in kitchen area. Overall a nice stay.

Beautiful Apartment in Cortona!

This apartment was in the center of the magical Tuscan village of Cortona. It looked exactly as it does on VRBO pictures. My family and I were extremely happy with everything. We were greeted so kindly and everyone was so helpful. I would definitely stay there again, in fact, wish it were mine. :-) We were there 8 nights and would have loved to have stayed longer.

Perfect location and very comfortable!

This apartment was very comfortable and in a perfect location for our month-long stay. We stayed in Cortona so that we could easily take day trips throughout Tuscany and Umbria. The owner is very responsive and helpful and we enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals and the bathrooms are modern and well-kept. The managing agent, Chantal is also very responsive and cooperative. An overall positive experience. We highly recommend this apartment.

Very nice. Extremely convenient.

The apartment was as pictured. Very centrally located — so easy to walk every where. The internet was extremely slow. There is free parking not far from the apartment.

Dear Elizabeth, Thank you for leaving a review and I am sorry that you found the Internet slow. To be honest, in all the years that I have been renting out this apartment, nobody has mentioned this to me and I was unaware of it. I was naturally concerned and spoke to the owner who confirms that this is a problem for the whole of Cortona and not just her rental. Absolutely magical!

Wonderful apartment in Cortona, just off the main pedestrian walkway to the town square. Loved being right "in town" and feeling like a "local" in the neighborhood. Chantal has been so prompt in response and accurate in every detail. Antonella personally welcomed us and walked us to the apartment even though our arrival was delayed by 5 hours. Loved every minute of our two week stay. Absolutely magical and full of special moments!

Beautiful apartment!

We were met upon arrival by the owner's wonderful sister who has a very nice shop a few doors down. The apartment was clean with firm but comfortable beds, nice kitchenette with coffee maker and good wifi. The master bedroom has 2 twins that can be made into a double bed and the attached bathroom is large and beautiful with great water pressure. The location is central yet the apartment is quiet. When looking for an apartment for myself and daughter this seemed the best bet and we were not disappointed. Cortona has many restaurants with gluten free options, great views and a beautiful museum. I recommend this apartment.

A perfect place to stay in Cortona!

We had a wonderful time in Cortona and the apartment was beautiful. The owners could not have been nicer. They have a shop across the street and were very helpful with all of our needs, giving us advice for shopping, taxi, vineyards to visit,etc. We plan to return some day and will definitely be staying here. The location is perfect and the restaurants were great. We highly recommend this apartment, the photos do not do it justice, again it is beautiful. When we arrived, Mr Marri met us at the train station and helped us get settled in. One last note, Chantel was great to work with and was very concerned that we were happy with the accommodations. Très belle préstation !

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour à Cortona, ce petit village médiéval avec ses petits restaurants, ses petites rues pentues et surtout la gentillesse de ses habitants. L'appartement est très agréable, les photos reflètent totalement l'état des lieux, il est calme avec une décoration sobre et élégante à l'image de l'élégance Italienne. La soeur du propriétaire qui c'est occupée de nous est d'une extrême gentillesse, elle ne demandait qu'à satisfaire nos moindres besoin et croyez-moi, ça, c'est déjà des vacances bien réussies !!!. Fantastic location

The host was very helpful and friendly she helped with our abundance of luggage , the location couldn’t have been better , the house has two nice bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen with freezer and fridge and dishwasher , Cons: the beds need to be much softer and dish towels to keep kitchen tidy would have been great Over all we throughly enjoyed Cortona Thank you

Great property and great location!

This is my second stay at this apartment and hopefully not my last. The apartment is not fancy, but we'll appointed and fully equipped. The location is perfect, right on the main street and close to everything. The owners are very nice and easy to deal with, and quick to answer any questions or address any issues. My favorite place to stay in Cortona!

Perfect location right in the heart of Cortona

Just steps from the Main Street in Cortona, this is a spacious apartment. Modern yet charmingly historic. The owner has a shop across the street and is happy to help with booking a taxi or to answer questions. Many great little restaurants right outside your door...shops too.

Quiet Two Bedroom in Historic Center

Our apartment was conveniently located in the center of town. The front windows overlooked Via Nazionale and when opened allowed the street activity to become a part of the ambiance. When closed, the living area was very quiet. I am a light sleeper, so I slept in the back bedroom. It was so quiet, that I slept for ten hours the first night, which is unheard of for me! The kitchen is well equipped, and we often ate breakfast and/or lunch in. The restaurants are too good, however, not to eat dinner out. The apartment is charming and comfortable, and our host, Antonella, was accessible and helpful.

Absolutely Wonderful Experience and Extremely Gracious Host!!

The apartment was perfect in every way, from the convenient location to the great bathrooms (best we have ever had in Italy!!). Antonella was such a gracious and helpful host! She helped us with parking (which we never would have figured out on our own), told us about the history of the apartment and made sure we were totally comfortable. The experience could not have been any better. Cortona is a magical place and Antonella's apartment was the perfect home for our visit. Grazie Mille Antonella! We will see you again soon!!

Great apartment in a great location!

The apartment is very comfortable and in a perfect location in the center of town. The owner, Antonella Marri, is located nearby - she was so nice and very helpful with anything we needed. Parking was a very minor challenge- we unloaded luggage in Piazza Garibaldi, a short walk to the apartment, and parked overnight in a lot that was only a 5-10 minute walk. Very easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment with awesome access in Cortona

Apartment is located just off Via Nazionale and unlike many properties in town there are very few hills and endless stairs to get to the apartment. Both bathrooms are modern and sizable and everything is well appointed. We’ve visited Cortona almost 10 times and this place is definitely on our our list to stay on our next return.

Awesome. Hot water, location, ambiance.

A really nice apartment, well-located, and well-supplied. The owner, Antonella Marri, is a great host. I could not have chosen a better place. This was a return visit for me: I was here 32 years ago studying art with the University of Georgia Studies Abroad program in Cortona. The experience of returning was made all the more worthwhile by renting this apartment.
