Villa Marvista is a brand new villa (2023), with sea view and large, exclusive and private outdoor space.

It consists of two adjacent villas (FICO D'INDIA and LANTANA), with a large garden available. The two cottages are communicating each other, but they are independent and with exclusive services.

The villa has a simple and modern style, in harmony with the external environment. The internal rooms still retain the traditional barrel vaults, typical of ancient Salento homes, which give it a warm and welcoming appearance.

Villa Marvista represents the ideal solution for two couples, two families or friends who wish to stay in the same place but with independent spaces and services, in a quiet and relaxing environment away from the confusion.

THE LOCATION

The villa is immersed in the Salve countryside and is located near the provincial road 339 which connects the town center to Marina di Pescoluse.

Salve is a characteristic village in southern Salento just 2.5 km from the beautiful Caribbean beaches of Pescoluse. The town center has the main necessary services (groceries, pharmacy, banks, gyms, shops, gas station, etc.)

In Pescoluse, in addition to the numerous equipped beaches and free beaches, there are many commercial activities and attractions suitable for all ages. We would like to point out the market in the "Parco dei Gigli" square, where there is also a playground to entertain the little ones, numerous bars and ice cream shops, clubs and restaurants.

Furthermore, just 3.5 km away it is possible to reach the seaside resort of Torre Vado, very popular also for the amusement park area with rides, souvenir stalls and artisan products.

FICO D'INDIA – THE HOUSE

The house consists of a two-room apartment, of approximately 35 m2, has air-conditioned rooms and is made up of:

- bright living room with complete and equipped kitchenette (with gas cooker , dishwasher, microwave oven and coffee machine), dining table, TV and sofa bed (available on request, with extra fee);
- lovely double bedroom with barrel vault;
- modern bathroom with walk-in shower.

Fico d'India coittage has large, exclusive and independent outdoor spaces.

The porch surrounding the house is very welcoming and well organised. It has a comfortable dining table where you can enjoy your meals outdoors, a lovely sitting area with armchairs and two sun loungers for your relaxation.

In the rear part, there is a laundry corner with washing machine and a comfortable outdoor shower where you can refresh yourself when returning from the sea.

The flagship of Fico d'India is represented by the small terrace overlooking the sea, furnished with additional sun loungers and a Jacuzzi hydromassage tub. It represents the perfect place to enjoy moments of relaxation enjoying the wonderful sea view.

The large outdoor garden surrounded by the countryside and from which you can admire the sea, is embellished with olive trees and prickly pears and is suitable for welcoming your four-legged friends and letting them play safely.

Finally, the private internal and semi-covered parking will give you the opportunity to park your car away from the sun.

Marina di Pescoluse represents a true pearl characterized by long expanses of dunes and golden sand lying on a clear blue sea which boasts numerous awards (Blue Flag and Green Flag).

Among the nearby beaches we recommend “Lido Venere”, “la Conca” and “Cinque Vele” less than 3 km away and, for your 4-legged friends, the “Eden Salento” beach.

Furthermore, Pescoluse offers the possibility of practicing various sports using pedal boats or jet skis or the beach volleyball court, or renting a boat to visit the sea caves.

Finally, from Pescoluse it is easy to reach other seaside locations of interest in addition to Torre Vado, Torre Pali (6 km), Lido Marini (10 km), Torre Mozza (14 km) and Torre San Giovanni (18 km).
