• Minimum Booking: 7-nights during peak times.
• Shorter Stays: These are available outside peak times, for a minimum 4-night stay. Please contact us for details and availability.
• Longer Stays: Discount available for reservations of 3+ weeks or more. Please contact us for details and availability.
• Booking: Booking will be confirmed on receipt of 50% of Booking Fee plus £200 Security Deposit.
• Security Deposit: A £200 Security Deposit is required at time of booking and will be returned following your stay, if no damage.
• COVID Notice: Guarantee full refund if Government COVID restrictions are in place at time of reservation.
Other things to note:
1. We do not accommodate stag, hen or similar all male/female groups. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings when we deem this to be the case.
2. There is a compulsory cleaning charge of £50 per rental period, this includes one clean after checkout.
3. Guests can pay for additional cleans at a cost of £150 per clean.
4. All Guests must provide Photo ID (Passport/Driving Licence) prior to Check-in. This a separate requirement from Airbnb's own verification process.

Wifi: We offer free use of our exclusive Superfast Internet Access/Lodge Network, on the understanding that Guests agree to use it only for legal purposes and promise not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading, or other illegal activities.
Guest access
* Please email your Car Registration/s + full Party Details to us ahead of your arrival, to ensure we are able to arrange Pre-Registration for you.
This way, when you arrive at the Security Barrier, it will recognise your car and automatically lift to allow you entry.
Particularly helpful if you are delayed!
* There is a Key Safe on the side of the Lodge and a code will be sent to you to unlock the safe and access the key.
