This tenth-floor Gulf-front condo will sleep 6 comfortably with a King Bed in the master, 2 twin-size bunk beds for the kids, and the queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen are a few of the must-have features of this condo! This beachy vacation condo also boasts Gulf-front balcony access from the open living room area. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the unbelievable views and those unforgettable sunsets. Other features of this family-friendly vacation unit include a full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils you need to prepare a great meal for the family. All linens and towels are provided for your comfort. *Beach towels are not included.*

*Tidewater Beach Resort charges a total $35 plus tax resort fee per rental, not per day or per person. You must register online and pay for parking and wristbands for your stay. Registration information will be included in your check in info that will be emailed 7 days prior to your arrival date. Please be aware that Tidewater's parking garage has a clearance of 7 feet.

25% is due at the time of booking to confirm a reservation and block selected dates. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days prior to your stay or your reservation will be cancelled with no refund of any deposit. You must cancel at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.

Beach chairs are NOT included with the rental but are available to rent upon arrival at the resort.
