Notre unité joliment décorée à Tidewater se trouve directement sur la plage et dispose de toutes les commodités que vous pourriez demander pour aller de pair avec un emplacement parfait à proximité de nombreux restaurants, lieux de nuit et attractions. Tout sur votre liste de souhaits! Invitez toute la famille! Jusqu'à six personnes peuvent avoir des vacances ici! Notre condo au 12e étage a de belles tuiles, une cuisine bien équipée, des comptoirs en granit, et nous avons aussi une laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité! Salon a une télévision à écran plat de 37 pouces avec un lecteur DVD, tandis que la chambre principale a une télévision à écran plat de 32 pouces avec un lecteur DVD ainsi. La chambre principale a un lit King avec commode et miroir. Le grand balcon permet à tout le monde de regarder les dauphins tôt le matin ou les superbes couchers de soleil.

Nice and clean

The place was nice and clean. Great location. The wait for elevators in the building is ridiculous long. The mattress in the bedroom is extremely worn out and needs to be replaced.

The condo was exactly what we needed for our Fall Break. The condo was comfortable and well stocked. Easy access to beach and other activities. Only issue was not with the condo itself, but the building operator and the hot tub was not heated very well.

Wonderful Stay

Condo was clean, stocked w/paper supplies & toiletry necessities. Nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Not that I came to the beach to spend time in the room watching tv, but seating in the livingroom was not comfortable at all.

Great location

The condo was very nice and clean. Had extra toiletries if needed. We did bring our own just in case. Great location to other areas of town. Easy access to beach. Only downfall was the elevators. We had to very long waits for the elevator which is out of control of the condo owner. Would love to stay again!!

this is my 10th time staying at Tidewater properties, the TV needs repairing in the master other than that the stay was fine.

Beautiful views, good price

Overall our stay was great. Tidewater is a great resort to stay at. You can’t beat the view from the balcony. The owner was great to work with and immediately responds to questions. The condo isn’t as updated as others we have stayed at but it had everything we needed. The refrigerator has an ice maker. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen seemed to have basic necessities. Having a washer and dryer was really nice. And two bathrooms! It had a few laundry and dishwasher pods for us to use. The beds were ok. The bedroom bed is very soft and squishy (and noisy). My teenagers said the bunk beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the pullout couch. It’s a small, old couch. The location is great. My family and I had a wonderful vacation. The condo had everything we needed and for a good price. I would recommend it!

Uncomfortable in little but important ways.

While it does look just like the picture, and the ad is a truthful description, I found it to be inaccurate. The positives: The view- beautiful. The common area setup (high stools and tables) plenty of space to play a game or eat. Ample outdoor space on the patio. And then the little inconveniences that made it uncomfortable. 1. This condo is right in front of the elevator. I mean literally the front door and bedroom window open to face the elevator bank. So, occupants are closed in a noisy box with very little privacy. 2. The bunk beds are in the hallway as expected, but again, the head of the bunk beds are literally in the front door and immediately outside the bedroom door. Zero privacy for anyone. And there was absolutely no place for any bunk bed guest to store their suitcases and clothes. 3. None of the four beds were comfortable at all. Not a single one. The most comfortable rest to be had is on the sofa (but don't pull it out.) 4. In the master bedroom there is one side table and lamp. For two adults this is inconvenient. In addition there was no place to plug up a phone near the bed. Like I said....little things that add up to uncomfortable. We ended up using a plant stand on one side of the bed. 5. The kitchen was well appointed but there was no dish soap provided (there were 2 packets of dishwasher soap but we actually used the kitchen so this was useless). Nor was there a can opener. We needed both. 6. There was one damaged beach chair and no beach towels or beach "toys". (Comparatively speaking when we stayed at splash there were 4 chairs, towels and 2 boogie boards). 7. The cleaning crew cleaned around and not thoroughly. There were deodorant caps, dirt and bobby pins in the space between the tub and sink in the bathroom. Filed under things that the owner can't control: The elevators are s-l-o-w. You will spend plenty of your vacation waiting. The indoor pool was closed for maintenance for key times during our stay. So it was ok for the budget. Nothing special. The ad was truthful....but.....maybe I need to adjust my expectations....

Better than pictured

Great condo. Was very clean upon arrival and the check in process was great. The beach was FANTASTIC and not a long trek from the condo to the water. The kitchen items are minimal, but we managed with what was available, no problem. Plenty of towels and linens and the hot water was great.

Family vacation

The only thing bad about this property was the elevator u had to wait over a hour just to even try to get on to do anything so we had to take the stairs a lot whew that killed my legs but we enjoyed ourselves other then that very friendly place

Coming back

This property was hassle free. If we had questions beforehand, Sanjit was quick to respond. What we loved about the property is that it was family friendly. The furniture was not brand new and there wasn't anything breakable so we weren't stressed about our kids breaking or ruining anything. There were basic soaps to last the first day or so and roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plate ware, and untincils, including a blender. There were coffee filters and salt and pepper. There were two sand buckets with shovels and two small sand nets. All other supplies needed to be purchased. All in all I hope we get to come back soon.

Great condo/Poor staff

The condo itself was great but it was nothing but problems with the property. The employees were very rude! You have to get to the 2nd floor to get a luggage cart and make sure you have your id bc you will have to leave it to get a cart!! The elevator tore up 3 or the 4 days we were there. And our 14 moth old found a twix wrapper somewhere that she was chewing on that we didnt have. So it didnt feel clean

View was awesome

The view was awesome. Rooms ok. The bedroom location was by elevators and hall. That was awful! And all kinds of noise and light from window. Wasn't happy with the lack of toilet paper. And the elevator situation was HORRIBLE!!! Internet suck. But..... the view was absolutely beautiful... and the beach was fabulous.

Elevators were a nightmare

Our condo was nice, clean, and had an incredible view. We will no longer stay at Tidewater because of the ridiculous elevator situation. I waited, on average, 15 minutes for an elevator. Also had to take the stairs twice, with groceries, up 12 flights of stairs. People were getting stuck for 10-30 minutes on elevators also. The luggage cart check out is ridiculous. I went to get the cart to load for our check out, was told I had to have my ID. Had to wait again for elevators, returned with ID and he said he had to hold it. I said no you’re not, got my ID, took the cart then had security called.

Disappointed

Bathrooms need a major update, tub has a very slow drain. Curtains hanging off rod in living room and would not pull . The sofa sleeper mattress was unbearable and no one slept on it, but the mattress on the king bed was wonderful.

Beautiful beaches and clean living space

We enjoyed the stay- parking is a bit of a hassle ( remember where you parked) and the slow elevators but the rest was amazing! Load the car the night before and avoid chaos at check out time!

We love Panama City Beach where our kids enjoy playing on the white sand while finding lots of sea shells. We purchased our beautiful condo recently after much researching and looking and take pride in making this condo our 'Home away from Home'. We hope our friends and guests love and enjoy this condo as much as we do!

The amenities of Tidewater are top notch including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, beachfront exercise room, movie theater, covered parking, cable TV and wireless internet throughout the facilities. Tidewater beach resort is located at the west end of PCB. It is right on the beach and also is in close proximity to Pier Park where shopping, entertainment, restaurants and kids' playing park are all in one place.

Our unit is located on the 12th floor, which makes you not miss the panoramic views of the ocean from our balcony. The breathtaking sunset view over the ocean is also unforgettable. Free wireless internet and cable TV provided for the guests just adds to the entertainment package.
