Paradise 16floors up!

This condo is perfect in every way. The kitchen is quite small, but had everything we needed to cook a good ol home-cooked meal. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The property is very clean easy to get into and out of. All the folks we encountered at the condo were extremely nice and pleasant. Not to mention Rachel the host was absolutely amazing and informative and answered all our questions immediately We will definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay

We had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. Owners were quick to reply. The condo was a great location (not too busy, not too dead) and having beach loungers and umbrella was great. The beach was beautiful and in May, the ocean was already 80 degree. We wished the complex was non-smoking - we had a lot of interesting smells from the neighboring balcony. No fault of the owners and my review does reflect this issue. We'd come back. Thanks!

Excellent condo

Stayed there for a week. Excellent location, within walking distance of Walmart in case you need to pick up items. Excellent view of the ocean from the 16th floor balcony, a great place to watch sunsets in the evening and listen to the waves crash against the shore. The condo is spacious enough for a couple of people, the bedroom is very large. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, etc... . It was great having instructions on how to use the Roku tv for streaming or for cable, most condos don't leave instructions and it is very frustrating trying to figure out how to configure the tv if your home setup isn't the same. Rachel had excellent communication and was available for several minor issues that I had which were resolved immediately. The only negative thing I can say is that the outside pool is not heated, and in early February the water is colder than the ocean making it almost impossible to swim laps in. The outside hot tub was heated though.

The condo was very clean and had plenty of supplies. The view was amazing, and we had a great time. Rachel was very helpful and informative and was very easy to reach. We will definitely stay again, and I highly recommend it!

Post work relaxation!!

Took a couple of days after working in Sandestin to for a week to recover. Condo is lovely with a great view and oversized balcony. Beach chairs are a plus, but beware of folks without beach service putting up canopy and shade anywhere they like. Fantastic pizza is either a short walk or short drive away (Bella Napoli, Bricks and Barley). Would definitely recommend!

Great location! Very clean! Easy to check in and out. Property is safe and gated. The king bed is extremely comfortable. Owners are very welcoming and easy to work with. Really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location and great hospitality

The condo, was clean and everything was just like what was mention. The bed was very comfortable which isn't the case in most condos! The views were spectacular from the best baloney that i think I have been on looking over the Gulf. And the host Rachel was fantastic. Very responsive to the few questions that I had! Again, something you don't get from in most rentals.Highly recommend this location and condo! We will be returning!

We love this condo. The view, the ease of checking in and out, the location, and everything was perfect. The host is great. Oh and the bed!!!! I need to know what brand because it was soooo comfortable. You can't go wrong with 1603 Twin Palms!!!

We live right outside Nashville, TN. We have been going to Panama City Beach for many years and love the area. Our family cannot visit the beach enough. We like that Twin Palms is a single building site with the parking garage under the building so you don't have to walk across the street from a parking garage to the unit. It is not as crowded as a condo with multiple buildings on site. We take the elevator to the garage and walk right out onto the beach. Twin Palms has one of the larger balconies and love the privacy since we hang out there most of the time.
