The space
Located just off Bridge Rd and within a 5-minute walk from the MCG and Swan Street Precinct (MCG, Australian Open), this colourful and spacious 2 bed 2 bath brand new apartment is your perfect sanctuary getaway.
Its design is inspired by some of Melbourne and Australia's greatest assets - beaches, sports, rainforest, indigenous culture, and local industrial design.
Features include luxury fittings, super comfy beds, an abundance of (real) indoor plants, and a private recreation area with games, yoga, darts and more.

The apartment has two large bedrooms, two separate bathrooms (both with showers), an expansive living area, and a cosy outdoor space. It is fully air-conditioned.
One room features a luxurious king bed while the ensuite room features a queen bed. There is also a single bed size sofa couch if you need it.
Stretch out in the cosy living area and watch all the action on the ultra HD wall-mounted LED TV. Fast NBN Internet connection. Alternatively slow right down, play some chess, practice some yoga, or read one of our books.
[Rooftop]
You also have 24/7 Access to the rooftop (level 10) with a professional-grade BBQ and stunning views of Melbourne and surroundings. If you have more than a few quests over please take them up here and be sure to clean up after yourself.
[Bathroom]
The two bathrooms in the apartment are both prepared with complimentary body wash, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner for your stay. Toilet paper and bath towels are also included. Please feel free to use the hairdryer, iron, washing machine and clothes dryer during your stay. We always try our best to set aside ample amounts of amenities for you to comfortably settle in for the duration of your stay.

Free WIFI is available in the apartment throughout your stay. WIFI details will be provided to you in the guest manual prior to your check-in.
[Carpark]
No designated car park included BUT:
- Free parking next door from 7pm to 7am each day, $3 an hour at all other times; or
- Full day parking available a 5-minute walk away ($12 per day) below Coles; or
- You may also be able to find a free car spot in neighbouring streets (usually I find one if I drive around for a few minutes, but not always).
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and will get two sets of keys for your convenience!

Personal check-in anytime after 2.30pm with Heath.
Other things to note
[Strict House Rules]
- No smoking or drug use allowed (violation will incur a $500 fine).
- No parties allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- The correct number of guests staying must be reflected in the booking. Linen and towels will only be provided for the number of guests included in the booking.
- Please leave the property in a similar condition as it was during check-in.
- Breakages, damages, theft and loss will be the guest's liability and responsibility.
- Violation of any of the rules will result in a loss of your security deposit and/or additional charges.
- Noise levels are to be kept at an appropriate level at all times.
- Please dispose of excess rubbish according to the rubbish disposal instructions located in the Housing Manual.
- PLEASE USE THE RANGE HOOD WHEN COOKING so as to not set off the smoke alarm.
-If the smoke alarm goes off, DO NOT OPEN THE FRONT DOOR. Doing so will cause the fire truck to come to the apartment in which you will be fined heavily (approx. $2,500).
- We provide a set of toiletries to ensure you are settled in well for the initial period of your stay. Regrettably, we are unable to provide re-stocks or refills of these toiletries if you have a longer stay.
