The Space:
This extraordinary 4,375 sq ft | 407 sqm 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home is the perfect place for those looking for a serene sanctuary to escape to unwind and spend quality time together. It's an ideal spot for a monthly stay, getaway or a family staycation! You'll be close to an immense amount of outdoor activities and golf and not far from downtown Houston!

The main spaces of the villa-style home:
- The formal sitting area has floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook a majestic forest, tranquil lake, and The Woodlands Country Club golf course. It’s furnished with a comfortable sofa, 3 cushy armchairs, and end tables that are situated to encompass the fireplace.

- The informal living room area/game room has two plush and amazing reclining leather sofas and a single recliner facing a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV where you can enjoy downtime at home between activities. Possibly the best spot in the house to watch “the game” or have a movie night!

- The “magazine-worthy” kitchen features high-end appliances and everything you’d need to prepare meals at home.

- Just adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table in front of the bay window that lets in lots of natural light to accommodate 6 guests with a view of the backyard.

- There’s a more formal dining area as well, with a beautiful dining table for 8, an elegant chandelier, and a fireplace for warmth and ambiance.

- Find a cozy sunroom nook, as part of the master bedroom, with gorgeous large windows with a view of the golf course and two sitting chairs to relax in private with the warmth of the sun’s rays, where you can read, sip a coffee, or just “be.”

- On the same main level, you’ll find an incredible in-home office with a sophisticated wood desk and commodious chair situated in front of a large window overlooking the lake and golf course.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange for the home to be cleaned during your stay, the service can be arranged at an additional charge.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES:

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property's ground.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on check-in day, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
