Best location - Large House - Private pool - Pool can be heated option!!!

This beautifully furnished home has 2 master bedrooms, & a private fenced back yard with an awesome pool that is 8-ft in the deep end. It's in a great location too, up front in The Woodlands in the Village of Grogans Mill. Near all the great stuff the Woodlands has to offer including, Market Street & HEB, the Pavilion, The Woodlands Mall, Hughes landing, Woodlands Country Club & Woodlands Resort... It's about a 5 minute drive from I45, & 25 minutes from IAH.

AC system has germicidal UV Light.

The house has 2 master bedrooms and 3 secondary bedrooms. Furnishings include 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, and 1 extra full/double mattress in the closet upstairs. Two dining areas that will seat 8 and 6. Table set outside by the pool has 6 chairs. Large sofa in the downstairs family room. There are plenty of places to sleep and sit :) Home has wireless internet and 4 TV's with Netflix.

NOTE: The pool can be heated for an extra charge. Advance notice is preferred so the technician can turn it on. It takes 12hrs to heat the pool. Cost is $50/night for the pool (set to 80 degrees).

Just what we needed

Our introduction to the Woodlands was very enjoyable. This property location allowed us to walk the trails and appreciate the beautiful, quiet, safe neighbor. The whole extended family enjoyed the accommodations, especially the pool! Note: the hosts were immediately responsive in answering our questions. Thanks Brooke!

Perfectly fit our needs

We rented the house to celebrate the life of my dad and to have our family stay together to attend his memorial service. It was perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of room for all of us. All the beds were comfortable and lots of seating. My mother who is 89 years old said it the best. “It could not have been better.”

Great House, Quiet Neighborhood

We rented this property for the week to visit my partners family who live nearby. Our kids had fun in the pool, and the house itself was very open and roomy. The property was very clean and well prepared for our stay, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was very fun to cook in. The owner was very responsive and answered all questions/concerns promptly. When we go back we’d definitely stay here again.

Clean & comfortable

We have stayed in many properties and this was probably the cleanest one we’ve been too. Plenty of space for all 9 of us, we had everything we needed. We used the pool nearly everyday and loved it, even at the end of November! It was chilly outside but the pool was nice. All of the appliances worked well: dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, stove, microwave and we enjoyed the entertainment options on the tv’s. This is a great location, close to many things easy to get groceries or pizza delivered. Definitely recommend this place to families. We have 7 kids and it’s hard to find a place we have enough space, but we were fine here. Beautiful, clean, fun stay. We would stay again.
