This home has gorgeous 360 views of the water & the most amazing sunsets! This home includes its own private hydraulic lift making it easy to jump on the boat for a fun day in the sun.

This is a 3 Story House with private hydraulic boat lift, water toys, and elevator!

Level 1 - The entrance of the home has a split staircase. One leads down to the lake level while the other leads up to the front door and main level of the home. The lake level includes the boat lift, fishing rods and outdoor seating area. This home also includes fishing rods available for guests to use while on site. Either jump on the elevator or head back up the stairs where you will reach the front entrance of the home. Once inside you will be on the main level where the fully stocked state of the art kitchen is located, along with a beautiful dining table and spacious living room. This open concept floor plan gives you views of the lake from every angle with the floor to ceiling windows throughout. Just off the living room through the sliding glass doors is the main level patio. Here you will find the gas BBQ grill and lots of outdoor seating.

Level 2 - Head up a few stairs to the next level of the home where you will find a bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom that includes a shower & tub combo.

Level 3 - Head up the stairs to the 3rd floor where the remaining bedrooms are located. This floor also may be accessed via the elevator if you prefer this option. On this level you will find a second living space with built-in bunks, stacked washer and dryer which is available for all guests, a Queen bedroom, Bunk Room and a shared bathroom.  There is also the master bedroom on this level. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, and elegant glass shower with dual rain shower heads. Off this room you will have access to a private patio with an outdoor seating space! It's the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning and soak in the views of the water. Or grab your favorite cocktail & wind down from a long day on the water!

Please note the elevator does not stop on level 2 of the home. You can ride the elevator from level 3 down to the lake including stopping on the main living room level or down in the garage, but it does not go to the 2nd floor.

Inside the garage you will find 2 kayaks available for your use and a ping pong table! So grab the kiddos and challenge them to a game. Or take out the kayaks and go explore beautiful Lake LBJ!

• Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with shared bathroom - Sleeps 2
• Bedroom 4: Two sets of Twin over Full size bunk beds - Sleeps 6
• There are 2 built in Twin Bunk Beds - Sleeps 2

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, boat lift (6000 lb limit, no pontoons) and the community amenity center which includes a pool, basketball, sand volleyball & pickleball court. There is also a boat ramp available for the neighborhood in the community marina.

Getting Around:
This home is located in the gated community of Clearwater Harbor. The neighborhood has its own marina and boat ramp for guests to use. Grab your clubs and hit the greens at The Legends Golf Course just minutes away! Or if you prefer hiking head to Longhorn Cavern or Inks State Park and explore the area! This neighborhood has easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment.

We are available by email, phone, or can be available in person if need be.

NO more than 3 cars allowed per HOA rules, parking is located across the street from the property. This house can fit 2 cars in the garage and the other car must be in the overflow parking area.  Trailer parking is located in the front of the neighborhood with pre-approval and given the access code, absolutely no trailer parking anywhere else.  Any trailers parked in the non-designated lot and space will be subjected to tow. 

PLEASE NOTE: There is construction going on from time to time in this neighborhood as it is a new development.

Security cameras on the property

Community Pool is open seasonally from May 1st to Oct 31st.

Additional Fees:
This home is DOG Friendly with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 dog limit under 80lbs and over the age of 2 years old. We will also require a signed Pet Agreement as well as a copy of the current vaccinations.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
