We had a fantastic stay at this house. The hosts have some of the best communication I have ever seen. With an FAQ list ready to go with everything you would need. We would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area.

We are in love with the layout of this house. The kitchen is amazing. The pool is awesome. We spent all day on Sunday cooking and swimming. We had a great time and would stay again.

We had 2 families on our trip and had plenty of space to relax. The pool was wonderful, we spent most of each day swimming. We didn’t get to enjoy much of the river as we were there after heavy rains but it was still beautiful to sit on the deck and watch the river flow in the evenings. We loved the home and location, we would definitely book again!

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house! The home was very clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing and quickly became our favorite spot to gather, enjoy the views, and watch the beautiful sunsets each evening.The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for an stress-free stay, and it was clear that the owners put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome. We truly enjoyed our time here and would not hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend!

This property was better than expected! Everything about the check in process was smooth, the house, hot tub, and pool were clean, and the property had everything we needed for our trip. The beach access to the water was perfect as well! The only complaint (not a true issue, more of an FYI) is we could not adjust the thermostat below 69. So, if you sleep hot like I do, bring a portable fan! Otherwise, we absolutely loved the property and talking about another stay there!

We had a fantastic family vacation at this house. The pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. Everything is well maintained. The house was very clean and comfortable. We can’t recommend this property enough. ** if you stay at this property, there is a very friendly dog who comes and visits almost daily. He always brightened our day when he visited. We learned that he has a home down the street and his name is Duke.

This was the perfect home for our last minute getaway. We only needed to worry about food because the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We have stayed in this area 4 times and this is my favorite river/water access for kayaking and playing in the sand. The pool is amazing. It was too cold to fully enjoy it but you hardly see pools this deep. Look forward to staying again.

Our stay was amazing! House is absolutely beautiful. The space in the kitchen is to die for if you love cooking. All the dishes were in good condition. At times rentals have very used pots and pans that stick and make clean a task. Ohhhhh can't forget to mention the fridge space!! 2 mini fridges and a second full size fridge/frezzer in the laundry room. You will not have to worry about space to keep things cold.The outside 10x10 pool was clean, the furniture around the pool was comfortable, shade umbrellas kept us cool. The water donw at the river was a sight to see from the back porch. Loved all the games that were available to play. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Everything was wonderful will definitely return.

This house was wonderful! There was a bunk room for all the kids, comfortable beds for the adults, and a wonderful pool to relax in. The river & scenery was peaceful...just know there's no dock, but the river is great at the house. Oh, and the kitchen was to die for!!!!Honestly, we will probably try to stay at this place again at some point. It was so great!

Wondering time with friends and family

Location was perfect. House and pool and beach area were awesome. Had some trouble with the AC and the fridge, but thankfully the owner stopped by and was extremely helpful. I would book again.

We had such a great Memorial Day weekend stay at Lake LBJ! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway.One of the best parts of the property was definitely the pool! Since the river was flooded and the water wasn’t in the best condition during our stay, we were so thankful to have such an amazing pool to enjoy all weekend long. It truly saved the weekend for our group and gave everyone a place to relax, cool off, and still make great memories together.The host was wonderful, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. Even with the weather and river conditions being out of anyone’s control, we still had an absolute blast and made the best of the holiday weekend.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable Lake LBJ getaway!

Great spot to get away

Really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very comfortable and well equipped inside. Our favorite part though was the outside area. Great sunsets and the pool was awesome. In the late afternoon the pool gets some shade which makes it really comfortable out there when it is a 100 out.
