This newly constructed, single-level home is situated on 1-acre on the highly sought after open water of the Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ. Relax on the large, concrete patio that overlooks the infinity pool and watch the boats go by. Or spend your time swimming or fishing off of the newly constructed boat dock. Or maybe just laze the day away on your personal Adirondack chair on the upper party deck of the boat dock and feel like part of the action without even getting wet.

But the best way to truly enjoy a lakeside vacation is to check out the lake by boat and do we ever have you covered there!! None of our competitors even come close to what we offer — a brand new, 24’ top of the line, luxury-level pontoon boat with a 225 HP SHO Yamaha engine. This is not your grandfather’s pontoon boat! You can’t even rent a boat of this quality from the commercial operators on Lake LBJ. Our price for the boat and all the pull-behind toys is less than what they charge for their base-model fleet boats.

And when it's finally time to go inside, you'll love the expansive, Acacia hardwood floors beneath soaring white-washed wood cathedral ceilings. And for the cooks, you'll love the fully stocked, state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen with it's stainless steel Bosch appliances and generous granite counter tops.

BEST PLACE FOR A LARGE FAMILLY!!!!!

Cannot express how yet AGAIN we had the best trip ever at this beauty on the lake. Our grandkids have told us WE HAVE to stay here every time from now on. We have been gathering every year for the last 13 years and do not think we could ever find a place again that fit ALL of our needs like this property. The home, lake location, SO many activities all in this beautifully maintained home. Thank you Todd and Camille...you are AMAZING! The Boat at the property is truly icing on cake! THANK YOU!

We didn't want to leave!

We all had a wonderful time relaxing at this lovely house! It truly felt like a vacation. Due to one of the adults having a disability, it is important to have one story. We were able to accommodate his needs with little effort. The kitchen is a fun place to prepare meals for everyone. The layout gave us the ability to find serene solitude for everyone visiting. We felt right at home.

Christmas getaway

I want to give this five stars because the location, house and amenities are that great! Yet the heat pump didn’t work well for the pool and thus was a bit colder than the kids had wanted, though they still had a great time. Even so, the house was handicapped accessible and easy for my mother to get around and the game room was everything the kids wanted. Overall a really great find in a great location that allowed us to get out for local tourist attractions.

Spectacular

My husband and I stayed at this lovely place with our grown children and had a blast. It is like staying at a small resort. We enjoyed all the fun amenities (pontoon boat, fishing, game room, the lovely pool and the pool games). The kitchen was fully equipped and the house was very comfortable. The stars were beautiful and the sunsets were amazing. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful home with everything you need for a fun lake getaway! Kids and parents all had a great time. The dock was amazing - lots of jumping, and the game room was a huge hit. Thank you to the owners for being so responsive.

Perfect Vacation House

Myself and children and their families stayed for a long weekend at the house. The place was great! It had everything anyone could need for a family vacation!! We all loved the pool, fishing off the dock, jumping off the deck on the dock and tubing and boating! The house was great with nice comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone. We are hopeful to stay again next year!!

Great Lake House

This was an amazing place for our multi generation family trip. We space for the multiple families on the trip and we all enjoyed the pool and all of the lake toys. The outdoor kitchen got a lot of use and the umbrella in this area was a great help to keep our cooks cool in the hot summer sun!!

Amazing

Could not have been happier with our stay at this beautiful property. Everything you could ask for. Our family of 17 takes a long weekend every year and this was our best stay yet. Thank you Todd for wonderful communication and offering this fantastic property for the perfect weekend. So much space and offers a range of activities for all ages. This is a beautiful home. It had something to do for everyone. The pool was beautiful. We all enjoyed river and double deck. We caught fish on the Colorado River, the deck was so wonderful. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need (my family are cooks) the gas bbq was great! The game was perfect. We cant wait to go back for another family vacation.

What a Great Place to Relax and Enjoy Lake LBJ

Todd & Camille were easy to communicate with. The house was easy to find and there was ample parking for 3-4 vehicles if needed. You walked into an open room for the family room and dining area with a view to the pool and beyond that is Lake LBJ. The patio area is shaded with a large screen TV for easy viewing while sitting on an L shaped couch. The pool is just steps away which has an infinity edge facing Lake LBJ. The pool depth is 3.5 to 4.5ft which was ideal for the younger children and lounging by the adults. There is an assortment of pool games and lawn games to meet everyone’s needs for friendly competition. Down by the lake there are kayaks and other water toys to use on the lake. Above the boat dock is a shaded patio with table and chairs and a jump platform about 20ft above the lake. The platoon boat was great and the kids enjoyed being pulled while sitting in the large tube. The house was roomy to handle 3 families with kids. The bunk room had its own bathroom which made it easy for the children. The master suite had a view to the lake and a large bathroom with shower and 2 sinks. The other 2 bedrooms were on opposite side of house and shared a large bathroom. One bedroom had direct access to the patio/pool area. The kitchen had modern appliances and well stocked with cooking items and assortment of spices. The garage was a game room included a second fridge/freezer, a foosball table, a ping pong table (over a billiard table), & shuffle board table.

Lake Life - ahhh

The house was perfect for our family. The view from the the moment you walk through the door was gorgeous. Loved lounging in the pool watching boats go by. Everything was convenient and accessible. The advantage of this property is that it is in an area without water "weeds" and was deep enough to jump off the deck. Luxurious lake living at it's finest.

Great Weekend!

This house worked great for our family vacation to Lake LBJ. The house was spacious and very nice inside and out. The waterfront was nice along with the deck above the boat stalls. Todd was very responsive to all my questions. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Fun for all ages!

We were pleasently surprised that this house was all it said it would be on the VRBO site. Todd was very available and helpful for every questions. The house was clean and we loved everything about it! So much to do and fun for all our ages, 3 to 63! We also really like the convenience of renting the boat. And we enjoyed the kayaks and all the other toys too. The grandkids raved about what fun they had and want to come again! We can see that you took extra time and effort to make this house a home for all who come for a stay.
