The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with 4 stools, white cabinets, granite counters and stainless-steel appliances including fridge/freezer, range, microwave and dishwasher. Enjoy your breakfast on the pool and deck area with views over the lake. The formal dining towards the front offers seating for six. The living room with large flatscreen TV and comfortable seating for cozy hours. The living area has sliding doors to the patio and pool deck. Savor the Florida lifestyle in this very private vacation home with pleasant areas for joint activities as well as retreat options.

The house offers easy to maintain epoxy floors throughout, complimentary WIFI and air-condition. Washer and dryer are located in the laundry room with access to the spacious garage.

The master suite provides a bedroom with king size bed, dresser, TV, pool deck access through sliding doors, walk-in closet and en-suite bath. The master bathroom offers double sinks, bathtub with jacuzzi, walk-in shower and toilet.

Bedroom 2, includes a king-size bed, dresser, chair, TV and closet. Bedroom 3 offers king-size beds and a closet. Bedroom 4, queen-size beds, nightstands, dresser, chair and TV. A shared bathroom 2 with sink walk in shower and toilet.

At VILLA SUNSET PARADISE it’s all about the outdoors, enjoy endless hours of sunshine, ice cold drinks at or in the pool, read a book on the sun chaises and spoil yourself with the spectacular water vistas.

Catch some shade under the terrace, forget about time and enjoy the moment.

The evening hours will bring a bright display of sunset colors along the wide sky. The comfy lounge furniture and sun loungers extend your relaxation level for sure.
The outside dining table offers seating for 10 also a barbecue grill and outdoor kitchen for outdoor eating pleasures. SW Florida’s evenings hours are usually mild and warm as well.

Enjoy the outdoors at all times around the outdoor pool deck. The pool has a great size and enough space to swim and play. The pool can be heated electronically.

We offer personal check in and out and are your point of contact throughout your stay.

One stop shopping for all your vacation needs or prior to arrival grocery shopping just tell us our needs. Your wish is our command.

Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge USD 0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.

The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.

Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy.

Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 20.00/night.

Boat lift and/or boat dock usage only with approval.

We charge a service fee (credit card fee) of 5% plus taxes for all additional charges.
