Escape to Paradise - Come In, Feel Good and Relax

The villa is located on the beautiful Abaco Rose Garden of Cape Coral on a very wide canal and has a fantastic view. This large house is built on a corner lot and has oversized south facing position. 2015 has been completely remodeled and refurbished.

5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with over 3000sqft has plenty of room for up to 10 people. 2 televisions in the bedrooms and 1 in the living area to disposal.

Fast Internet access, telephone and two standard AC's are here.
The kitchen is fully furnished and has everything you need for cooking.
The large pool can be heated electrically.
Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found nearby.

To help you settle in and answer any questions you may have, we will be visiting you at the house the day after check in, between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. During this time, we will provide you with important information about the house. Based on our many years of experience, we kindly ask for your understanding that this appointment is mandatory.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 21 years old will be allowed to book a reservation.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.

We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, garbage bags are supplied, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself.

Great vacation home

Beautiful home on the canal, enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Used the kayaks, fished off the dock and saw manatees go by. We had a pair of burrowing owls that would sit on part of the roof which we enjoyed. Lovely neighbourhood and canal view. Great amenities

Great place

Great space - we loved the pool area and it was bigger than expected! We liked that the hot tub was separate and the patio had a great view of the water. We had such a great time in this house and it was spacious so our family had plenty of room.

Group stay

Property was clean and nicer than the pictures allowed. Property had a few glitches, but manager worked quickly to get fixed. Would recommend for futures stays.

Family vacation

This is the third house we have rented in the Naples/Ft. Myers area and our favorite by far. It was more than roomy enough for our family of 5 adults and 3 teenagers and totally lived up to the online description. The pool area and view of the river are spectacular. Michael was great and quickly responded to our questions. All in all, a wonderful week.

Very spacious

Lots of room for our group of 8 family and friends. Backyard is gorgeous. Boat lift was useful for our one day boat rental.

Much needed getaway!

We planned a large family getaway prior to the Covid craziness and we were so glad we were able to follow through with our plans! Beautiful house with scenic views in a very quiet neighborhood. The grandkids are already asking to go back again! I would highly recommend this place!

Five old guys on a Golf Outing.

Nice place. But, we were not familiar with Palmetto bugs. When mentioning it to the manager, he said, "It's Florida." Otherwise it worked out ideally for condition and location for good golf.

Great neighborhood and pool

We enjoyed our stay very much. Loved the private pool and hot tub. Went on walks every day and we're greeted by friendly neighbors. The house was great and spacious. A few issues with locks on interior doors and light switches but nothing major. Would rent again. Michael was great to work with and attentive.

Great Size Home and Location

We had plenty of space and never felt crammed. The pool table became a main attraction for the kids and grandparents. The Pool was very welcoming after a day on the water. Michael was prompt to our questions when needed. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Perfect Location

Perfect location if you are looking to enjoy Cape Coral, boating and house shopping! You are right smack dab in the middle of everything! Close to great restaurants and boat rentals! We rented a boat and we were a 45 minute boat ride to Sannibel! We didn't use the pool or hot tub but both were clean hot and ready to use! Property Manager was prompt, professional and easy to get ahold of! Highly recommend!

West Florida Getaway

We were looking for a place that would provide a change in the COVID scenery, with water views for a few days of peace & quiet. This property provided all that and more. Thoroughly enjoyed our getaway. There was a bit of a snafu about our dog; the website indicated this property was "Pet Friendly," but it was not. Thankfully, our property manager Michael worked out the details with us.

Spent a week in the pool!

We had a nice week at this property. The house is huge - with tons of room to spread out. Kitchen is large with a good supply of tools to cook with. Best laundry room I’ve ever seen in a rental! The kids loved the pool table, piano, and especially the pool. The patio area is nice - large table, grill, lounge chairs. Hot tub was HOT (which is great!). We basically spent the whole time we were there in the pool. If you’re looking for a nice low-key place to spend a vacation, this is it!!!

Great location and space for large groups

If you are looking for a great location and a large space to stay this is perfect! I did have a mishap with checkin so make sure you have all documentation before arriving. Manager did make it right but it was very frustrating. The place has very basic household items but expected. There were a few minor annoyances like a dirty hot tub, sliding doors that did not work, leaky and smelly disposal, cockroaches but were dead when we saw them, and broken beach stuff but overall we did enjoy ourselves.

Great layout for a BIG FAMILY OF 10 and perfect location!

Layout was perfect for our large family. The property manager Michael was great and greeted us in person. The home is very roomy and the kitchen was great for entertaining and cooking. Good supply of kitchen and home items. Plenty of dining space for our family of 10. The home is located to boat easily to access out to all the other Island areas. Very peaceful and we really enjoyed just lounging in the pool after a wonderful day on the water. We even caught fish off the dock and watched fireworks from the back pool area! On the day we were checking out, Micheal came in person to say goodbye and asked about our stay. He was very friendly and his great communication makes all the difference when staying in a vacation home you are not familiar with. When I called him with with a question on the spa he answered right away. Our family enjoyed the time together and we made great memories!

Good value stay

Stayed here with our extended family to get out of the house for a few days. The property sits right on the canal and has a great view looking out over the pool and canal from the patio- it does have a boat dock as well- which was fun for fishing. Be aware of the electricity charge if you rent in the summer - it is hot out and the home is large so you will likely have an additional charge/fee at checkout (this is mentioned in the description of the property). Also of note- you are expected to clean prior to checkout, including stripping beds/starting laundry, washing pool towels, washing dishes, etc, which does seem like a lot considering you also pay a cleaning fee. The pillows on the beds were not the best, but we were otherwise comfortable sleeping there. Overall, it was a good place to spend some time with our family.... large living areas with lots of seating, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms, large kitchen as well. For the price, the home is a good value if you are looking to host a larger group who actually intends to spend some time at the residence (not just sleeping).

Enjoyed the home

We enjoyed our stay. The size of the house was great for our family of 10. We enjoyed the pool, the kids even got in the hot tub. The kitchen pass through window was a fun little way to service the kids, but difficult to lock. They had plenty of beach towels, bath towels, kitchen was stocked enough for us. Coolers and a beach wagon was nice to have on site. There were no umbrellas, so we did have to find a place to rent a couple. We enjoyed everything about this home with the exception of one issue and the reason I am not giving 5 stars. There were cockroaches. This was a concern before booking the property and I assured the home is on a routine treatment schedule. However, we saw several the first two days we were there. We opted to have pest control come and found the dead ones the next day, but it definitely was better, we didn't see any after the service! Maybe the treatment schedule currently in place just is not effective and needs to be modified. Seeing them hanging out during the day just isn't a good sign.

LIES are plentiful in this listing

The property manager did nothing but lie the whole time about the condition of the property compared to the VRBO description. We will not stay at any of the listing that are run by Quality Home service property management. Our main criteria for a home was a boat lift and dock. We knew we would pay more but we were renting a boat. We liked the listing a choose this home. The company we rented the boat from looked at the house and said there was not a working lift. The VRBO listing said it had one. I spoke to Michael in July, October and November all being assured it boat lift would be fixed by then. I asked in July for another house with a boat lift and dock or to be let out of the contract for not having what was listed. I was assured it would be ready by Thanksgiving. I have never dealt with such lying before. Then Michael tried to blame it on last minute workers not coming and covid and so on. There was never a dock on property. The dock in the photos is for the neighbors house. I ask for a partial refund to which I got no answer other than he would ask the home owners. If you are looking for a truthful listing then do no book this house or this management company!

Communication was lacking from property management

The overall experience in the house was pleasant, but the experience with the property manager was less than desirable. When we arrived half of the house was rather warm - 80 degrees. The property manager came to the property for the welcome meeting and agreed it was warm and called the AC technician. When the AC tech came he said there wasn’t anything he could do. We were left to communicate with the AC tech instead of the property manager because he was not answering calls or text messages from our family or the AC technician. During our stay the hot tub did not work. Since the hot tub had a broken part that had to be ordered it was known that it was not going to work during our stay, but that was not communicated to our family prior to the visit and no arrangements were made to accommodate this lack of a luxury we were looking forward to using. Lastly, when we were leaving the house the property manager was not communicating with us at all. We texted him (since he said that was his preferred method of communication) the day before we were to check out to do the walk through since we all had early flights the next morning and we still have not received a reply. Lastly, there was also a roach problem during our stay. We saw a total of 5 bugs no less than two inches in length each which was not great. If the property had a manger that was attentive to the visitors and if the house were cleaned up appropriately then this house would be an amazing vacation stop, but unfortunately it fell short of our expectations.

Der perfekte Ort für Ferien in Cape Coral

Das grosse geräumige Haus empfing uns mit angenehm kühler Temperatur und in sehr sauberem Zustand. Die Aufteilung der Räume in zwei Bereiche war perfekt. Ein Bereich für Tochter mit Eheman und den Kindern, ein Bereich für die Grosseltern. Alles sehr grosszügig. Die Küche ein Traum! Ebenso die Terrassse mit dem grossen Pool und einem sauberen! Weber Gasgrill (ist nicht immer sicher, dass die Grills sauber sind in Ferienobjekten, haben wir auch schon erlebt) Aber hier war es super. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen, sicheren und gehobenen Gegend. Walmart und andere Geschäfte sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Vermieter hat uns am zweiten Tag sehr nett und kompetent auf deutsch in das Haus eingewiesen und Fragen beantwortet sowie hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. So sollte es immer sein, perfekt!Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier, können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
