Enter condo C402 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom condo sits on the 4th floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the pool area overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a party of 7. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The guest bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 1 twin bed along with an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the living room area. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 7 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

Perfect Spring Break

Can’t beat the location! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Property manager was awesome! Definitely recommend this condo.

Superior view

This condo was large, lovely and had a superior view. Dolphin sittings frequent. The beds were very comfortable. The shower in master bath was a real luxury. Our extended stay was enjoyable.

We loved this condo and it's view from the balcony. The location was nice and convenient.

We enjoyed this condo and it's view from the balcony. There were two couples staying there and we rented bikes for the week. Biking was somewhat limited but we managed to go somewhere everyday even if was to get ice cream. The area had great fresh fish markets and I think we grilled fish/shrimp three times during our seven day stay. Everyone was friendly and we got into conversations with individuals from our area of the world by just wearing a sports tee shirt. The pure white sand beaches are unbelievable and the beauty really couldn't be captured by a photo. It was hard to return home.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The stay in condo C402 was very nice and was updated, clean and the beds were comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. However, the condo needed some TLC in general maintenance, but nothing that would affect the cleanliness or our enjoyment. The WIFY usage, however was an issue, since it did not work for most of our stay. Not sure if this the fault of the condo or the building.

We run our rental business with a hands-off approach because we want you to feel at home and enjoy your time with your loved ones without any interruptions. Whether you're here to unwind on the beach or explore the area, Corey and I are here to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The resort includes complimentary secure Wi-Fi for every condo. On-site there are two pools; one large (heated in cooler season) over-sized pool and a smaller kiddie pool. While at the pool you have an awesome direct view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! Right next to the pool is the gazebo that also directly overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, a great place to meet friends and celebrate the sunset! There are 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a fitness/workout room. The fire-safe grill area with two grills is available at any time and is located next to the clubhouse.

There are also kayaks and other beach rentals available onsite with jet skis & parasails very close by. A hiking/biking trail is located just outside and goes for miles along Scenic Gulf Drive you can access it by just walking across the street from the condo.

The beach area is over 600 feet (more than 2 football fields wide!), the area's largest beach per condo ratio. Lots of room to spread out and never feel crowded!

All rentals come with complimentary daily beach service from March 1st - October 31st. Complimentary beach service consists of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up daily, weather permitting.
