Downstairs, you’ll have access to the private community pool for Luau guests only. Featuring one of the best pools around, this lagoon-style oasis offers loungers, palm trees, a grotto waterfall, and seasonal tiki bar! Grab your suit and enjoy the Gulf sun whenever you’re ready.

Just steps away from the beach is your Destin vacation destination, the Luau condominium. At the ground level, this property is home to plush landscaping which leads to the lagoon-style pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, swim-under waterfall, a Tiki and snack bar (open seasonally), and community grilling area. The pool deck area offers views of the Gulf of Mexico and its famous sugar-white sand beaches. At the Luau condominium towers, you’ll enjoy additional amenities like gated and partially covered parking, high speed WiFi, a large fitness center overlooking the pool, community laundry facilities, and a spacious lobby area. The accommodations have studio, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units with full-size kitchen appliances (with the exception of studios) and open floor plans. Pretty Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Looked clean from afar but ended up finding facial trimmings all over the bathroom counter/behind the sink. There were footprints all of the side of the tub (assuming the cleaner stepped up on It to clean the upper portion?) There were splatter marks from something all along the side of the fridge. For the cleaning fee charged, It wasn't up to par. Especially with having the request to clean everything before we checked out. Which also, checking in at/after 4pm, to be out by 10am the next day- isn't nearly a 24hr stay, not worth the charges. I'd surely stay elsewhere

Very nice studio condo overlooking the pool. Some view of ocean

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to find that our unit had not been cleaned despite it being past our check in time. I contacted the company and they said they would notify housekeeping. When I asked who would notify me it was cleaned, I was told "I don't know I leave at 5".... But to call the after hours #. So at 620 I called after hours and they said "all I see is that the unit is ready" but couldn't clarify if it was cleaned. I didn't want to haul all my stuff up again just to bring it back down. We got back to the unit and it had been cleaned. The unit itself is nice, decent balcony overlooks the pool. You can see ocean if you look hard to the left. I would have lo ed to know the beach access is small and mostly surrounded by private beaches. There was no where to put up our chairs. We ended up driving to Henderson Park. I would probably stay elsewhere because of that. The pool was very cloudy sunday/Monday couldn't see the bottom despite being at most 5 ft deep. It cleared up later in the week. We enjoyed Baytowne warf across the highway. Better info on actives within the resort area would have been nice. Apparently there were fireworks one night biut we didn't know so we missed it.
