Experience luxury beachfront living at Crystal Sands 309A, a beautiful two-bedroom unit that can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. The spacious Master Bedroom features a cozy king-sized bed and an attached full hall bath. The open living area boasts a sunny, spacious atmosphere with a wall of sliding glass balcony doors that showcase the breathtaking view of the sea. The high vaulted ceiling, open staircase, and loft area create a bright and airy setting with abundant natural light. The upstairs guest quarters include a lovely loft bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV for evening entertainment. Adjacent to a full bathroom with a tub shower combination is a separate bedroom with a Full and Twin size bed, perfect for kids. If that's not enough sleeping spaces, there is also a sleeper sofa on the main floor.

In addition to its luxurious accommodations, Crystal Sands offers a heated pool, BBQ grilling area, and direct beach access. From March 1 to October 31, guests can enjoy 2 complimentary chairs and an umbrella. Conveniently located just 1 mile from Destin Commons, you'll have access to fantastic shopping and dining options, as well as Bass Pro Shop and the state-of-the-art AMC Destin Commons Theater. Crystal Beach is also in close proximity to exciting activities such as go-kart tracks, bowling alleys, The Big Kahuna water park, deep-sea fishing excursions, and kids' Pirate Cruises. We loved the location! The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The only negative we have to say is with the master bedroom mattress. It was very uncomfortable. A nice condo deserves a nice mattress.

We loved our stay! The private beach was amazing, the chairs and umbrella that were provided were extremely convenient. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Everything was spotless upon arrival. I would definitely stay here again! Our children LOVED the little bonus room!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the unit just needed a little updating or TLC. Past renters were kind of hard on the unit but overall it was excellent. We have rented at Crystal Sands for about 4 years straight now and have been very satisfied.. We will be back.

What a great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. The door is right across from elevator so that was a plus. Wish there were stairs but that’s ok. We did have to unclog the drain in the main bathroom as we pulled a ton of hair out of the shower drain which was disgusting but we didn’t want to bother calling maintenance for a quick fix. The beach service was outstanding, and our suite supplied extra beach chairs, toys, etc.

Friendly, clean, great location

We would stay here again! The condo was right by the elevator, convenient for my elderly father, the beach was right out back, and it was clean. The owners were very responsive and friendly.

A very nice condo on a great beach

Excellent customer service from the management company. They were accommodating and prompt. The condo was very clean and nice. AC works great and the unit is quiet. Crystal beach is beautiful- could be the best in Destin. Not a criticism but guidance for those who stay- bring your own spices, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee filters. Kitchen is well equipped but not stocked. Excellent stay overall.

Relaxing Stay in Destin

We loved our vacation in Destin at the Crystal Sands Condominium. As soon as we booked the reservation, we were provided with detailed instructions on how to get to the condo and what to do once we got there. We received welcome texts and knew exactly who to call if we had any issues. We really had no issues or problems, but it was nice to know who to call if we did. We didn’t have a full house because some of our party couldn’t make it, but we enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo with the smaller group of 5. The loft area is open, so sound carries from the bottom floor to the top. This should not be a problem if everyone wakes up and gets going at the same time in the morning or if you want everyone to wake up and get going at the same time! The condominium is a low rise (3 story) so the beach is less crowded than some of the more densely populated condominiums. The location is absolutely perfect. The condominium is right on the beach and comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella and no extra tents or chairs or umbrellas are allowed to be set up. This makes for a much less crowded beach and a more relaxing vacation. The condominium was decorated very nicely. Overall, we really enjoyed staying at this condominium and would stay again in the future.

Great location, easy check in and good communication!

We enjoyed our time at 309A. The property was clean upon arrival, we had an easy check in and the property manager was easy to communicate with. This condo is in a perfect location and we took advantage of the beach chair service. We would stay here again!
