Welcome to FRANGISTA POMPANO!! This gorgeous four-story home has 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, sleeps 27 guests and boasts 4,500 sq. ft. of living space with 800 sq. ft. of deck space. Find yourself awestruck once you see the the large 12 x 30 ft. pool located at the front of the home — perfect for cooling off. This pool area features a grill and ample lounge seating throughout. This home is an idyllic space for both fun and relaxation.

THE FIRST FLOOR SLEEPS 16.

Sleeping arrangements on the first floor include 4 bedrooms. There are 3 king bedrooms with private bathrooms and a bunkroom with 4 Queen Beds and 2 Twin beds.

THE SECOND FLOOR SLEEPS 4

Following the stairs to the second floor guests will be welcomed by a bright and spacious living space decorated in wonderful detail. This living room is both pleasing to the eye and the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. Near the living room is the upgraded Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar that sits 6 and plenty of room to craft the perfect recipe. Alongside the kitchen is a dining area that seats up to 21 guests. The second floor also holds 2 King Suites, each with their own private bathroom. The serene and bright decor of these suites are perfect for unwinding after a busy day of fun in the sun.

THIRD FLOOR SLEEPS 6

On the third floor are 3 bedrooms, each with their own private bath. The first room is a King Suite with gorgeous cherry-stained furnishings and tiled flooring. The next two rooms are King Suites. One of these King Suites includes a full-sized master bath and an entrance to the spacious balcony overlooking the pool.

Follow the Stairs to the final level of this home, the Tower. Newly renovated and a perfect place for kids or teens to call their own! This tower will be their game/media room featuring a 60” television and a foosball table.

There is also a high chair and pack n play stored in a bedroom closet.

POOL HEAT-The private pool can be heated for an additional $50/day and must be purchased for the entire stay. Pool size is 28 x10 and is up to 6 feet deep. .

Parking available for up to 6 vehicles depending on size. Unfortunately, Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood.

Complimentary beach service (four beach chairs and two umbrellas) is provided March 1st through November 30th . Guests can bring their own chairs/umbrellas. Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach

Great home for the Holidays or family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: With 4 adult kids, their families & us we had plenty of space to gather & sleep! The home was immaculate and had all we needed for our Thanksgiving feast! Just a few minutes walk to the beach was in perfect location, we laid to have the pool heated and the children loved that too!Plenty of dining space , would have loved more living room seating as we were a large group. The only negative I have is chairs need pads on the feet as the metal scrapes the floor . As concsientious & responsive as Franghista Properties are , I’m sure they’ll fix that !!!

Great property and management company!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our large family vacation. We had 16 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 infants and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. We had a couple minor maintenance issues during our stay but management was very prompt and responsive to fix them. The walk to the beach was short and easy, even for the grandparents on this trip. It was a great and memorable stay, and we will definitely book Frangista Pompano again for a family vacation in the future!

Perfect Family Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was smooth and easy. Had a small leak at check in that was quickly tended to and mean quickly. Like less than 3 min after making the call. Rooms were spacious. Beds, pillows and linens were comfy. There was some light bulbs out around the property. Patio furniture on the patios off of the bedroom were very worn. Looked like black mold in the master shower. I meant to call the rental co to mention these items to them but forgot with all the fun we were having. None of these items would stop us from renting here again!
