Dunes of Destin Community Guidelines:

Wristbands are required to access the beach gate and pool. Wristbands Provided in Home.

No weddings, pets, loud music, fires, fireworks, glass, underage drinking or funneling.

Personal beach umbrellas, tents, tarps, shading screen, clip on umbrellas, flags, etc. are not allowed. Exceptions: Medical exceptions which are approved at board meetings and Infant Shades no higher than 36”.

No lifeguard is on duty at the communal pool, swim at your own risk, and obey all rules posted.

Garbage: Place garbage/recycle in containers provided by Waste Management – only garbage/recycle placed in containers will be collected. Please be sure vehicles are not blocking or limiting access for moving containers to/from curb.

* Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:

Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, the rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion..

Beach Service: Beach Chairs Provided to guests March 1 through October 31 by Sunset Beach Service! Guests Get to Enjoy 1 Free Set up of 2 Chairs for their stay.

Private Elevator- This home features a private elevator. This is an optional $250 fee to use during guests stays. Guests who opt out of the fee will not have the elevator for use during their stay.*Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY.*

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.

Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.
