At over 50 feet high in the sky, this extraordinary space features gulf views and is a spectacular vantage point for Florida's iconic blood-orange sunsets. The rooftop comes equipped with sleek chairs that surround a modern concrete fire pit that is easily operated by a wall switch. This space also features a couple of lounge chaises for the perfect tan.

Pair your favorite music from your iPhone with our complete SONOS Surround Sound System and relax around the pool, multiple hammocks, poolside chaises, or the covered lush-shaded lounge.

Hungry?!? Grill out poolside on the massive built-in grill and store all your drinks for the day in the built-in ice cooler. The large outdoor kitchen bar is a great spot to eat lunch poolside while listening to your favorite Jimmy Buffett song!

Ready for the ultimate relaxation?!? A 50" Smart TV is connected to a complete SONOS Surround Sound System and positioned where you can sit in the hot tub and watch your favorite sports game or Hulu show! There is something truly awesome about watching TV in an oversized hot tub!

At dusk, extensive blue landscape lighting automatically kicks on, illuminating the entire backyard so the fun can continue. There are even lights positioned over the putting green; nighttime golf, anyone?!

The best place to eat lunch in all of Destin is in this pool's "In-Pool Dining Table." That's right; this pool has a granite dining table in the water! We also wanted the children to enjoy the pool, so we included a massive sun shelf, allowing kids to play in just a few inches of water. Pair that with two waterfalls and an enormous spa, and we have a serious pool party!

Last but certainly not least... the backyard is completed with lush astroturf, creating a clean, luxurious feel. Have a picnic right on the turf without worrying about dirt!

- We use a commercial-grade Anti Viral/Bacteria spray on all hard & soft surfaces throughout the homes.

- Linens always get appropriately washed, and fresh sets are brought after each guest checkout. So guests get all fresh sheets, towels, and bath mats.

- Our pools are always professionally maintained to ensure proper balancing of the chemicals for a safe and healthy pool.
