A great little neighbourhood with plenty of coffee shops and eateries, 2 large supermarkets and just a short walk to the Salamanca Markets, a 10 minute walk to Casino, 3 minute walk to a lovely childrens playground situated on the Derwent River where you can hire canoes, watch the boats sail by or just go for a peaceful walk.

We leave guests to enjoy the house in privacy however if you do need us we live in Hobart so are not far away
