Situated on a tree-lined in the heart of Old Town Chicago, this spacious and bright 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom brownstone is perfectly suited to deliver the best adventures Chicago has to offer.

Our home has 5 beds (1 King & 4 Queens) and features everything from a fully-stocked kitchen to smart TVs in each room.

PARKING: We offer a $30 per day parking credit. This credit pays for most/all parking costs. Parking in the area is easy. Guests typically use the garages located at: two-three-zero West North Ave (.2 miles away) or one-seven- three-zero North Stockton Drive (.3 miles away). We recommend downloading the 'Spot Hero' or 'Parking Panda' app to reserve a parking space in these garages. These apps are easy to use and should save you money. Daily parking usually costs between twenty and forty dollars.

Beautiful brick row house perfectly located in historic Old Town Triangle. This elegant, yet modern home features an ideal layout, great for everyday living and entertaining. There are 4 bedroom, 5 total beds (1 king & 4 queens) and 2.5 bathrooms.

When you enter you will walk into a bright and spacious family and dining room with high ceilings, stained glass windows, and original moulding. Updated kitchen has recently been opened up to combining it with the great room. This space features large, fully-stocked cabinets, cambria quartz countertops, Ann Sacks tile, 36" wolf range, and high end appliances. Updated full bath complete this inviting level.

Second floor features three generously sized bedrooms with organized closets and gorgeous full bath. The large primary suite is the perfect oasis after a long day.

Fully renovated lower level is the epitome of city living with original brick wall. This space holds the home's fourth bedroom w/ 2 beds, half bath and laundry room.

Old Town Townhouse

Very comfortable house. Clean and well set up. Really enjoyed it. Mentioned minor issues to owner - oven hood doesn’t work; upstairs sink drains slowly; upstairs middle bedroom ceiling light doesn’t work.

Great Space in a Great Location

The Gatsby in Old Town was the perfect Chicago gathering spot for our group of 8. The home was spacious and well appointed. All five beds were extremely comfortable. And the location could not be beat - a quiet and beautiful neighborhood at the south edge of Lincoln Park. From there, we were able to walk to the lakeshore and downtown Chicago. We were also able to take advantage of the light rail system as the Sedgewick station was less than half a mile from the home. The host was easy to work with and check in was flawless.

Perfect Group Reunion!

Our group of 7 was very pleased with everything about this spectacular property! The listing photos are just as it appears in real life. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds and linens were - and the towels were plentiful and also soft! It was a nice touch to have bath items from Public Goods. Items were accessible and easy to find and the space allowed us to be together but yet sleep peacefully. The neighborhood is darling and in close proximity to everything - we especially enjoyed the park, farmer’s market, and shops! Highly recommend!

Great house in a great location

This house very much suited our needs. We stayed here with immediate family - Grandparents, siblings, spouses, and children (ages 4 and under). The house was very clean and spacious and well equipped. The area was quiet, safe, and walkable to Lincoln Park zoo which our preschool age kids enjoyed very much! It was also a 10 minute walk to the train station which we took to Wrigleyville. The parking is easy if you use the app to pay, but there was no in & out access at the garage. That was inconvenient at times. The owner offered to have a Pack N Play available at the house for us, and we could not find it upon our arrival. We did not get any responses from the "emergency" phone number we were given which was concerning, but eventually heard back from the owner who put in extra effort to resolve. The Pack N Play was eventually delivered around 9 pm, but the baby was already asleep. It was used the remaining two nights of our stay. We appreciated the efforts made to have it dropped off, but were also frustrated by the situation. Other than that, some suggestions for improvement would be to include more notes about general house usage & tips (such as where to put trash, details about bus stops and train stations, check-out instructions, etc.). It would alleviate the need to contact the property manager as often. We would stay at this property again if we ever repeat the trip!
