Clean, cozy and convenient place for family vacation. Couple of blocks from train station to go to city. We will definitely stay here again for another family trip.
We stayed here for a nearby family event and it was perfect! Great location in easy walking to restaurants, great neighborhoods and shopping! Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend this super clean, comfortable place!
The 2nd floor apartment is a good size and accommodated our family of 5 adults nicely. It's on a relatively busy street so you get some traffic noise in the front bedroom. The amenities are minimal; you get what you need, just don't expect luxurious towels or any extras. Overall it was clean, comfortable, and a decent place to stay.
This was one of our best VRBO stays ever. The location was exceptional, free street parking was just a few blocks over (and well described by the owner) and the layout of the suite was great. We had one tiny issue arise and the owner addressed it immediately. I read other reviews and I did bring my own handtowels and kitchen dish towels, but there were enough other towels that would have sufficed if I hadn't. The front bedrooms are noisy, but my earplugs blocked it all out. There is also a lot of light that comes through the blinds, which I handled with a sleep mask (the noise and light didnt bother my husband at all). The beds are very comfortable and the closets are large. We used the kitchen stools as extra tables in the bedroom. Everything else was perfect!
We booked this because it has a nice layout and is in a great location. The kitchen and living area are open, which makes it nice for visiting and cooking/eating. The building is right on a busy street, so there is street noise in the front bedroom. Itâs close to restaurants and thereâs a really nice Fresh Market a few blocks away with a wine and coffee bar.
Everything was just as described. Beds were very comfortable with plenty of extra bedding. The location was exceptional! Everything we needed was within walking distance.
This was the perfect location for our group to be able to walk to restaurants, shop, take the train, and just really enjoy the area. The home Is clean and well kept and had plenty of accommodations/space For our group. Also appreciated the timely communication with the property manager. Have already recommended this property.
Spacious suite close to so many things! We walked to Wrigley Field, Lincoln Park Zoo and some great restaurants nearby. The suite was clean and had what we needed and the manager was always quick to respond. Looking forward to our next visit.
Visit Chicago for my daughter's college graduation, and this place was perfect for my family to stay and enjoy the area and able to attend our events along with many choices of eating places.
This owner was nice and communicated well, but the VRBO lacked many essentials, such as paper towels, dishcloths, a bottle opener, hand soap, cleaning supplies, and much more. Towels, bed linens, and pillows were the bare minimum. The furniture needs to be updated and seemed very cheap and dirty. Everyday essentials that could be provided for a minimal cost are excluded, which makes it challenging to give this VRBO a good review. This place has potential, but the owner needs to invest in some updates and provide some essentials for his guests.
