Welcome to our luxurious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo unit that's perfect for your stay in Chicago. This stunning unit is fully furnished and equipped with modern amenities that will make your stay comfortable to make you feel home and enjoyable.

With 4 spacious bedrooms, this unit can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. One of the bedrooms features a king-size bed, two of the bedrooms feature queen beds, while the 4th bedroom features bunk beds with a futon sofa bed, and a foldable memory foam twin mattress. The bedrooms are all equipped with cozy linens, comfortable mattresses and fluffy pillows to ensure a good night's sleep.

The unit boasts two smart TVs, allowing you to stream your favorite movies and shows from the comfort of the living room or 4th bedroom while also utilizing it for some gaming. The living room is cozy and well-appointed with comfortable seating and a stylish décor.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the necessary appliances and cookware to prepare your favorite meals. The dining area can seat up to 6 guests, making it perfect for enjoying meals together. The unit also features a coffee station. The coffee station is equipped with a coffee maker, coffee, creamers, and sweeteners, ensuring that you can enjoy your favorite cup of joe any time of the day.

The condo unit features 2.5 bathrooms, with the master bathroom having spacious showers and vanities. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and other essentials to ensure your comfort.

We also have a small tent for kids to have some fun and have memorable stay with us. We have a foosball table that can provide a entertaining way to bond and enjoy your stay with friends and family.

Guests can expect to only access the unit in the building and some patio space on the floor. There is parking included with booking that is located in the garage in the back of the building. Only 1 spot is included and guests are responsible for parking for more than 1 car. The parking space is quite limited, so if you intend to bring a vehicle larger than a midsize SUV (such as a Honda CRV), you'll need to find alternative parking arrangements.

The unit is located on the main street, so please be aware that there will be traffic noise during the day and little bit at night, however the building has very good sound proofing to minimize the noise. There are also train tracks in the back of the building which can also be heard at all times. The noise levels are very minimal due to sound proofing.
