This 4-story townhouse is very spacious and boasts 5 bedrooms, with sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests. It is also equipped with 3 full bathrooms, and 2 half-bathrooms for your convenience. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped, ready for any crazy cooking idea. You will have access to a washer and dryer inside the unit.

A great touch of this property is the outdoor shower where you can rinse off the sand after a long day on the beach.

Parking is provided for a total of 3 cars in the garage and on the street.

Sunset Island Registration Fee: $200 per reservation, payable directly to Sunset Island at Check In. This fee is not included in the rental fees collected with the reservation. This fee is required and provides you with 6 facility passes & 3 parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass and may be purchased directly once arriving in Sunset Island CLUBHOUSE. Ages 3 & under do NOT need a pass.

We do not allow group rentals. This family rental requires the primary renter to be at least 25. ID is required to check-in. Online bookings of group rentals will not be honored. No High School or Bachelor/Bachelorette groups.

We provide sheets and towels for all reservations. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for all the pillows and a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest).

Any booking that does occur, will result in the reservation being cancelled and a cancellation fee of 10-100% depending on the date of booking in proximity to the check in date.
