3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with all the bells and whistles inside and out. This condo boasts 1474 square feet of quiet living and tastefully comfortable décor. Large gourmet kitchen and open-air concept allows you to cook while interacting with your guests. Relax on your private balcony and feel that balmy breeze. Entry is contactless and you will be given a code for the week of your stay a couple days before your stay.
Located in Sunset Island, the most premier subdivision in Ocean City. This 37 acre private island is centrally located off 67th Street bayside, it is almost a city within itself with indoor and outdoor pools, under cover parking, multiple private sandy beach areas, fitness center and biking and walking trails.
Enjoy the Island Times Cafe and Grill or the Island Marketplace. Two blocks from the ocean.
Pool closes September 18, 2025.

Sunset Island requires a parking fee for the amenity package which includes 6 pool passes, 1 garage parking pass and 1 pass for parking on the clam shell area off the garage. Additional parking passes can be purchased for you but you must notify us when booking if these are needed. After September 18, 2024 when the outdoor pool closes, passes will be $135.00. This fee has been added to your quote and your passes will be delivered to your unit.

Sheets and towels are provided for the main beds and towels for 7 people. This does not include the double pull out sleeper sofa which must be ordered at time of booking.

Towel packages include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Additional sets are available for $15.00 each.
Both linen and towel packages will be delivered to your door. Please bag the used items in the same bag and leave by the front door at the end of your stay.

Welcome Packages including 1 paper towel, 2 toilet paper, one sponge, one dishwashing packet, 1 dishwashing liquid and 2 hand soaps. These are not replenished during your stay.

Looking for things to do when not at the beach or pool? There are a multitude of restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. Parents and kids alike will enjoy Fish Tales on 21st Street or Macky's on 53rd, good food and fun for the kids. Alley Oops a restaurant, bar and amusement center for kids and adults alike. Two locations 55th and 131st. Just outside Ocean City is Frontier Town. This will take you back to the old west. Stop by the saloon for lunch and take in the gunfight at the OK Corral. A 10 minute drive from Ocean City will take you to Berlin, voted America's Coolest Small Town. Antique and specialty shops abound. Stop by the Atlantic Hotel. Built in the early 1900's and lovingly restored to it's original glory. Enjoy lunch or dinner or just sit on the front porch in a rocker and sip a nice cool drink while watching everyone stroll by.
