✹ Please note that though the listing shows 3 beds, there are only 2 actual beds. The last “bed” is a sleeper sofa.

✹ Pets are NOT allowed on top of the furniture as the hair can be tough to remove. Please always clean up after your pet, including when you’re outdoors.

✹ The are railroad tracks some blocks away from the house so you might hear trains occasionally. However, it does not happen too often, and it isn’t too loud, but we wanted to make you aware of it.

✹ No events, parties or large gatherings are permitted at any time.

✹ The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each booking.

It has instructions on directions, parking, check-in, check-out, other videos on how to use things around the house, and many recommendations on places you can visit during your stay!

This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.
