The full kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a washer/dryer combo.

The pool has ample sun loungers, umbrellas and tables, a shallow end for children and a deep end for adults to splash, swim or just take a dip.

Public transportation just a few minutes away at the El Tigre Security Checkpoint.

Guest access
Rental rate includes maintenance, property management, water, internet and cable. Electricity included in weekly rentals. Tenants pay for electricity consumption for rentals of one month or more.

The property manager will meet you on site to let you in and familiarize you with the area.

The membership cost for short-term renters (less than 3 months and more than 2 weeks) is the same as that of a guest.

Membership cost for long-term renters (more than 3 months) pay for a social plan if the owner agrees to transfer the benefits to them (with a lease or an email from the owner) $18 for Social Plan card printing .
Criteria will apply for temporary guest cards:
• Guest must remain physically staying on the owner's property. Failure to comply with this point is cause for suspension of the owner member's benefits in accordance with the rules and Membership Plan.

Benefits with Temporary Card:
• Access to the Sports Club (group classes included)
Hours: Monday 7:00 am to 11:00 am. From Tuesday to Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Access to the beach club, located in Playa Royale. Hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
• Access to the wet areas of the Hacienda del Paraíso SPA located in the clubhouse. Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Use of towel ($200 pesos in case of loss).

Discounts on Green Fees from 10% to 47% depending on the Season and/or tee time.
• The temporary credential does not grant discounts on food and beverages.Office hours to purchase Membership Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturdays 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Sunday Closed! Membership must be paid at the El Tigre Golf Club.
You must bring official identification to the Golf Club to pay for your Social Membership Access and your rental must have a minimum duration of 2 weeks.
