Welcome to your home away from home while exploring Traverse City. This downtown one bedroom condo has been thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind. Hangout in the family room with ample seating and a smart TV with cable and streaming apps. Relax in the bedroom with a brand new memory foam mattress. Make any meal in a fully stocked kitchen. The condo is downtown Traverse city, directly on the TART Trail for easy access to everything the area has to offer! Comes with two new bikes!

Everything in the condo is brand new. Lounge in the family room with plenty of comfortable seating. The couch is a brand new queen sleeper sofa. Catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV. Cable and streaming apps provided.
The kitchen is well stocked to make any meal you would like. There is a stocked coffee bar with coffee, cream, and sugar.
The bedroom has a new memory foam mattress and black out curtains, perfect for sleeping in on your vacation.
Just a few steps out of the condo is a locked bike room. Bring your own bikes or use one of the new cruiser bikes provided for your use. We also supply bike lock and have a tire pump for use.
The bathroom is supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit (with supplied detergent).
The condo has a private patio with seating and string lights.

The building has an elevator for easy access to each floor.

We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.

The building is locked with a keypad code. The condo it self has a smart lock. You are supplied with a custom door code. This means you can check in at any time after 3p and no keys to keep track of!

The neighborhood is located in downtown Traverse City. A quick car or bike ride from famous Front Street. The building sits directly on the TART bike (or walking) Trail, which provides easy access to everything the area has to offer.

The location is the direct middle of town, providing quick access to Old Mission with all its wineries and farmers stands. Leelanau with towns like Suttons Bay, Glen Arbor, Leland and the Sleeping Bear Dunes. Or head east to even more restaurants, shopping, Elk Rapids, the casino and so much more!

Walk, bike, drive to the area attractions. The options are endless. Lyft and Uber now in Traverse City.

Not only is this condo great for a couples or small family getaways, this building is great for large groups or working conferences. Rent multiple condos with in the building and use the large gathering space on the 4th floor to have a daily conference or large group dinner. The group room has plenty of seating, lounge and dinning. Along with a fireplace and TV.

Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.
Please take shoes off in the condo.
No overnight guests beyond what is on the reservations.
No loud noises that will disturb others outside of the unit.
