Welcome to âL Studio,'' a newly refreshed built pet friendly ground floor studio condo in the heart of Traverse City. With a full bath, open kitchenette, WiFi, smart TV and stylish dĂ©cor, it is perfect for a couple or family with an infant looking to stay close to all the attractions of TC, including Mission Peninsula wineries, craft breweries, local restaurants, shopping, and more.
This studio can be reserved together with the townhouse upstairs to host a total of 13 people.
We are Pet-friendly! Pet fee is $125 per stay. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. Please let us know if you are bringing a fur friend so that we may get your pet amenities prepared for your arrival. We try our best to keep hair and allergens away, but guests with dog sensitivities should be aware. Please use our provided sofa cover and 'retired' towels for your fur friends. Booking guests will be responsible for any pet damage.
Quiet hours are observed after 9pm. We are in a residential neighborhood so please make sure to respect our neighbors. No unauthorized parties are allowed.

Seating for three is available at the island bar. If youâre traveling with a youngster, there are children's bowls and utensils.
Relax in the cozy living room after a big meal. It is outfitted with an oversized twin sofa, a flat-screen TV, a collection of books, and toys.
Keep in mind that this is the ground floor of the building. There are other units above and next to this unit. Please be mindful of our neighbors by observing quiet time after 9pm.

Please park in your designated parking place in the attached garage. You will find a garage door opener on the table for use during your stay. Make sure to return it to the original spot upon checkout to avoid a charge. Unauthorized parking at any other spaces assigned to others may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. Parking on the street overnight is allowed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from April 16- November 14.
Please Note: The garage is best suited for medium-sized vehicles or smaller. If youâre bringing a large vehicle, we recommend using one of the following nearby parking options
- The parking lot just west of the building, behind the dumpster.
- Street parking on Walnut Street (available during the summer months).
- The grocery store parking lot, located one block down from the townhouse.
Please note during our peak season (June-September) we discourage late check-outs and early check-ins due to the tight turn-around schedules of our cleaning teams. We are happy to allow for an early check-in or late check-out if our cleaning team is able to accommodate the request and still allow the rental to be cleaned to our quality standards and specifications. All early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $250.00 additional fee for this expedited service. We are able to accommodate early check-in and late check-outs during our off season (October-May) for a reduced fee of $50.00, please contact us for further information.
Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.
Please note that 3 days before check in time, we will place a temporary pre-authorization hold of $250 on your card. This hold verifies fund availability and covers potential incidental expenses during your stay. The hold will be released 7 days after check-out, pending no outstanding charges or damages. Your privacy and security are paramount, and all card information is handled confidentially.
For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, the credit card processing fee will be deducted.

Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.
Pets: Dogs are permitted in the house. Please declare your pets to us ahead of checking in and settle any pet related fees. Pet fees are $125 up to 2 pets. Please clean up after your fur friends and use the provided retired towels to clean your dogs. Please do not let your dogs venture into the neighborâs yards during their walks.
Housekeeping:Â Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.Â
We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing makeup. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.
Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per ownerâs approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all law suits/lawyer fees.
