The lower level of the home is accessed from the front foyer or the glass doors on the lower deck. The entire lower level can be rented separately as it has its own fully stocked kitchen area open to the cozy living room, dining area, and patio overlooking the golf course. This level has a living room, dining area for 10, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full laundry room as well.
The lower-level master is beautifully furnished and also has a modern shower, and large closet, and access to the patio. The guest room on the lower level is perfect for families as it has a queen bed as well as a separate bunk nook with twin bunk beds for the kids. This room has a bathroom outside of the bedroom with a tub/shower.
The top-level bedroom accessed from the mudroom foyer is perfectly quiet and secluded. It has 2 queen beds as well as a futon couch perfect for watching TV or gaming. This room has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower.
The 2-car garage is heated and has space for skis, golf clubs, and fishing gear. The large mud room is perfect for keeping all your outdoor items organized and ready to get you back outside!
