Luxury Custom 4 Bedroom/3 Bath Home with Amazing Views and Spectacular Outdoor Space w/ Hot Tub and Indoor/Outdoor Linear Fireplace. Sauna! This 3 bathroom home with a loft features a spa that will make you feel like you are at a 5 star hotel. Complete with Wolf and Sub Zero kitchen appliances and in-floor radiant heat, there was no expense spared in the construction of this incredible home.
This beautifully built (2020) home features a great room with sliding doors to bring the outdoors in. The great room features a gas fireplace, smart TV, a dining area, polished porcelain tiled floor and so many special touches! Take in the mountain vista and step through the doors to your outdoor oasis. If you can take your eyes off the stunning views you'll discover the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy soaking in the hot tub after a day of hiking, skiing or biking or simply for star gazing. The contemporary outdoor gas fireplace will add a bit of warmth and charm. Relax on the comfy outdoor wicker furniture and be sure to start up the grill for a delicious meal. Step back into the house through the "spa" door and into the spa room featuring a 90 sq. ft. sauna and a walk-in shower.
The well-appointed kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances including a Wolf Range with induction cooktop and a built-in wine fridge.
The luxurious master bedroom features a king bed, smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with both a walk-in shower and concrete soaking tub. There are two more bedrooms on this level, each boasting a king bed and smart TV. There is a full guest bathroom, as well. Ladder stairs lead up to the loft, which overlooks the great room. This room has two queen beds and a queen size futon (sleeps up to 6).
This incredible home sit on over 2 acres and has a level driveway. High speed Internet will keep you connected (if you choose!) and allow you to log into your own accounts to stream your favorite movies and shows. Enjoy the Sono sound system!
Make this the perfect place to gather for mountain fun, beauty, relaxation and, of course, for making memories that will last a lifetime.

We recommend that anyone coming to the mountains in winter have a 4-wheel drive or an all-wheel drive vehicle. The driveway will be plowed.

Beautiful Home

Four couples stayed at the house. It was very nice with great views. The “fourth” bedroom was up a ladder to the loft. 2 double beds up there. Would have been better for kids than adults. It worked out with our group. The property was close to go into Red River and Angel Fire so could go do activities if wanted or just hang out at the house. Great back porch with beautiful views.

Heavenly Angel Fire

What a great place to enjoy the Land of Enchantment! The property is Wow! The location is very quiet and great views across the valley to Angel Fire Ski Area. The house lacked for nothing. The area is the best of Northern New Mexico with many things to do and see or sit on the deck any time of day or night and enjoy fresh air and quaking Aspens!

Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed this house and location! It’s even better than the pictures! The 2 beds in the loft are fulls, not queens. It didn’t matter for our family of 6 but something to know if you plan to bring more people. The property manager was very attentive and helpful to any needs or questions we had! We are already planning another trip to come back!

Better than the photos!

We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this may have been the best of them all. The property was perfectly clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The views from the deck were incredible! It was a very relaxing stay :)

Peaceful and Spacious

This home has plenty of stocked items to stay and enjoy your time with family or friends. Great floor plan. One bedroom is a loft and it has a steep ladder to get up there. This was our only negative. Thank you for your great response to all our questions and the cleanliness of the entire home!

Book it!!!

We started off with a text from the owner hoping we enjoy our stay and to have her number if we needed anything! We have stayed at several Brno and never had that. Just a great personal touch! The place is absolutely beautiful and when the listing says breathtaking it’s true. We all agreed the pictures didn’t do justice. Even though the pictures are beautiful! You have a beautiful home and already talking about next years ski trip!

Awesome Property

Although we have stayed in many STR properties this will be my first time to offer a review. My family of 11 stayed at 33 Peralta in Angel Fire for a post-holiday ski trip and this property is EXCEPTIONAL. Barb the host is very responsive and helpful in all respects. She cautioned us twice regarding the winter weather and affect on roads and it was great advice. The house is at a higher elevation and if there is snow or ice then make sure you have 4WD, AWD or tire chains. Regardless it is worth the trip up the mountain - beautiful! Easily 10 stars from us!

Christmas Getaway

I rented this beautiful home for our 5 grown child and ourselves. It was perfect. The house was beautiful. Plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Beautiful sites. Even hired a photographer to come up and take family pictures. The host was easy to talk to and immediately available whenever I needed her. We had an excellent experience.

Perfect location for ski trip

The home was absolutely amazing. The home was cozy and relaxing for our family of 6. We enjoyed waking up to deer feeding in the back yard. The house was stocked nicely with needed supplies to get by for a 5-day vacation. The property manager was quick to respond and answer our questions. I would definitely recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle to get to the home. We had no issues but saw many stuck on the side of the road that didn't have this. The only negative we had was the non working coffee maker.

Amazing Home!

I cannot say enough good things about this home. It is absolutely beautiful, inside and out with stunning views. The back patio with the hot tub and fireplace was wonderful after a day on the slopes. There were 9 of us total and there was plenty of room for everyone. Oh, and the heated floors were amazing! It’s a must stay!

Breathtaking view - Amazing!!

Our Christmas gift to our adult children (31-21) and our 14 month old granddaughter was an Angel Fire adventure. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the spectacular views this amazing home provided no matter the time of day or night. This beautifully appointed home will NOT disappoint! Barb was quick to respond to questions prior to our Checkin. Directions and ease of communication were amazing. We were sad to leave this peaceful, Christmas getaway.

Beyond Expectation

From the many 5 star reviews, we expected a lovely place with a grand view. But, we were overwhelmed with the details of this first class home. The view from the large porch might be the best on the mountain. Our children and grandchildren gathered for Thanksgiving. The 12 of us (6 adults and 6 children ages 2 to 8) leave with memories cherished by each. When we booked our date last spring, the home was new and just added to VRBO. Now that it is discovered, booking will probably not be as easy. Thank you, Barb, for your gracious help with our many questions.

My husband and I had the good fortune of being able to book this home just after Labor Day weekend. All we can say is "WOW". Every element of this home is stunning and that's not even to mention the most beautiful view. This is truly a home to decompress and relax! The hot tub and wet sauna were also incredible. This is the BEST VRBO home that we've ever staying in!

Immaculate House

This cabin is one of the most amazing properties we’ve ever stayed in. The house was so clean, open, and has immaculate design touches. We especially enjoyed the deck and used the hot tub and sauna every evening. We would recommend this property to anyone!
