The space
New construction February 2023.... This Luxury Villa is located on the south pacific coast (4 hour drive) from SJO (San Jose Airport) The Villa was designed to have ocean/jungle veiws from every room. Over 2500 sq ft of living space incuding an amazing outdoor dining, sitting and BBQ area borderd by an infinity edge pool, A fully stocked modern kitchen with a huge island. Master bedroom has a king bed beautiful ocean views, walk in closet and private ensuite bath room with dual walk in rain showers , second bedroom has a king bed direct access to the second full bathroom with and private balcony. Third Bedroom has a queen size bed and a loft with a full size bed built in desk and a private balcony. All bed rooms have A/C. house is equiped with with Starlink internet/wifi 150Mbs + a work station is equiped with dual moniters and an adapter for windows or mac laptops making this a perfect place for Digital Nomads/remote workers 58" smart TV's in living room and master. The villa is only 3 minutes from the highway 4x4 is required. There is 3 beaches 15 to 20 minutes from the house and plenty of restuarants nearby. Private chef, and massages can be scheduled at the villa Adventures like Zipling, white water rafting, snorkling, surfing, deep sea fishing, water falls, hiking, horseback riding, coffee plantation tours and more await you!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Pure View villa!! The view was magnificent, we loved the Infiniti pool and watching the parrots, toucans and all the other birds that woke us up every morning. The villa was so bright! We felt like we were living outdoors with all the luxury you will have in a modern house! The Villa was so spacious, the high ceilings gave a sense of grandness and each room organized to meet your needs! The chef’s kitchen with is equipped with everything you need, the fridge had ice and crushed ice, which we loved to indulge to keep us cool! The bathrooms are so beautiful letting in natural light with large windows. And the powder room that leads into the outdoor deck and pool area was perfect! Words don’t do justice to this majestic Villa you will have to visit to awaken your senses! Our kids absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave! Mo was very welcoming and showed us around and had great suggestions about things to do! We can’t wait to be back!

If you’re traveling to the Uvita/Ojochal area and don’t book Rachel’s Pure View Villa, you’re making a huge mistake!! This brand-new construction has everything to offer to provide a relaxing vacation. The views of the jungle and ocean are out of this world! The infinity pool is even bigger than the perspective of the photos. We were visited by beautiful birds and butterflies every time we were lounging poolside. Very private and serene atmosphere. The house and kitchen are fully stocked with practically everything you’ll need—including laundry!! The hosts and Moises were very responsive and helpful with requests and suggestions. We even had a private chef come to the villa on our final night to provide us a luxurious dining experience! Make sure you rent a 4x4 vehicle as that will be absolutely essential for making up the hill to the home!! I will most definitely be booking the Pure View Villa the next time I visit Costa Rica!!
