This bright and airy one bedroom apartment in the brand new Dubai Harbour is everything you have been looking for and more. Nestled on Emaar Beachfront in the Dubai Harbour, you are a stones throw away from the lively Dubai Marina and bustling JBR Beach. The apartment features soft, neutral tones with hints of greenery throughout while still leaving a minimalistic feel. You will love the open plan living area, featuring an l-shaped sofa and smart TV. The living area seamlessly flows into the dining area that comfortably seats four and the fully equipped kitchen. The balcony is spacious and has fabulous views of the Arabian Sea and community below. The bedroom features a large, king sized bed fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft you may find yourself sleeping in a little later in the mornings. In the bathroom you will also find Key Views fluffy towels and luxury amenities to leave you smelling great all day.
There is also one private on-site car park.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).
A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)
The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
