Each space has its own private entrance from the exterior. There is also an adjoining interior door to connect to two spaces, or keep the door shut and locked for more privacy.
The townhouse is equipped with two mini split air conditioner units. One in the middle floor living/dining/kitchen area, and the other in the primary bedroom on the third level.
*The studio apartment does not have air conditioning.
There is only one assigned on site parking spot available, which is best suited for a compact to mid-sized vehicle.
Street parking requires a permit, which can be provided upon request.
The host resides locally and is available from 7am - 10pm to assist guests.
