Step into a plush and upscale suite in the heart of belltown that boasts beautiful views and all the comforts of home. With a fully stocked kitchen and full bath with laundry in unit, you will feel pampered and ready to take on all the Seattle nightlife only steps away! Full gym available downstairs for your use. Theater quality smart TV with basic cable and Netflix/Hulu capabilities. Plenty of storage in master closet in this home away from home!

One queen bed, two queen size air mattresses available, as well as a sectional couch that can comfortably fit two smaller adults.

PARKING:
Parking is street parking around the building. $0.50/hour and free 8pm-8am, Sundays, and Holidays.

This is an ideal spot if you are looking to get the most out of your visit to Seattle. The view of the iconic space needle is spectacular from both the bedroom and the balcony. It’s located in a area that is central to all the attractions which made walking to all our activities a breeze. The condo was very clean and the couch was super comfortable and fit two of us to sleep on plus they supplied an air mattress in case we needed it (which we didn’t) I will definitely be happy to revisit this rental during future trips to Seattle

During our visit to Seattle, the weather was exceptionally hot. Without air conditioning in the apartment, it would have been unbearable for me. Many rental properties in the area typically lack A/C, but thankfully, this apartment was nice and cool upon our arrival. The check-in and check-out processes were effortless, and we had a great experience overall.The cozy unit featured a charming little balcony with a view of the Space Needle, where we enjoyed our evenings with a glass of wine. For those who like to cook at home, like my husband, the stove was outdated, but it wasn't a deal breaker.Everything we needed was within walking distance, so we didn’t even have to use our rental car to get around the city. We had a wonderful time, and we will definitely rent this apartment again when visiting Seattle.

Seattle small vacation

Great view of the Space Needle. Difficult to fit two queen mattress because the apartment is small. The snacks are a huge bonus the kid loved them.

Superb Seattle Spot

This property is in an excellent location, close to the Space Needle and surrounding attractions. Everything was clean and the host was very responsive. Plus, the view was amazing! Highly recommend!

Clean and cozy in Belltown

This condo has obviously been remodeled recenty and is very clean. Great view of the Space Needle! All your kitchen needs are met and the property is secure and in a neighborhood close to all Seattle downtown attractions.

A Gem in the Heart of Seattle

What an absolute find! The location is worth it is weight in gold with us being able to stroll to many of the city’s trademarks. Impeccable cleanliness that immediately put our mind at ease. The host provided great local recommendations like restaurants, evening walking areas and the little touches truly set our experience apart. Convenient, comfortable and delightful experience. No other word but “gem”

Very clean. Perfect size for a couple. Secure building, fantastic neighborhood. Literally could stay in a 3-5 block radius for casual and fancy food, coffee, Space needle area. 7 min walk to Belltown. 15 min walk to downtown. Managing team super responsive.

Beautiful place with an incredible view!

My family and I stayed here for NYE and we absolutely loved it! The unit was so pretty and clean. The owners were fantastic at communicating with us. We were able to walk to dinner from the building. We found street parking without any issue. The view from the roof of the city and of the space needle was incredible. It was the best NYE we have ever had! It was a quiet location too, minus people getting a little loud for NYE which was of course expected. We absolutely want to stay here again!

Very Clean and centralized

The place was very clean and comfortable. We found plenty of pillows and blankets. We stayed here for 2 days, 3 adults. The location is very centralized. We were able to walk to the pier for our embarkation day. The communication was great previous arriving day. Once in the location, I never heard from the owner again. I texted when arrived and once on the ship once gone. I got no responses, nor the code for the door so we could get in the building. I would still rent again.

Great location

We loved the location of this property! It was in walking distance to everything. The apartment was very small but an extra mattress was available as well as a couch. The view of the space needle was amazing! Check in was very easy! Emily was great and answered all my questions. There were a variety of snacks left for us in our room and drinks in the fridge. There was also a great pizza place and cafe on the next street over. The only negative is the smell in the hallway. It was a strong urine smell. The positive was the smell was NOT in the room. I would stay here again. :)

Seattle visit: good location, problems with property

The location of this property is convenient to public transport and a short walk to waterfront and many tourist attractions. Upon check-in I had a few questions and needed to speak with the property host/manager. I texted and called the number provided in the email I received from VRBO, but received no response. This was frustrating. I then messaged through the VRBO app and received a reply. Property host was responsive throughout our stay through the app, but if you're not going to reply to text or phone call don't provide that info to guests.There was no battery in the smoke alarm.The bathroom fan runs continuously. I asked if there is a way to shut it off and was told there is not. There are no screens in the windows or terrace door.The neighborhood is loud at night.The wifi was unreliable/spotty.The dishwasher was broken. The listing says there is a dishwasher available. Upon check-in I saw a note saying to leave dirty dishes in dish rack on counter(?!) I messaged host, who said dishwasher is "being serviced" and to leave dirty dishes in dishwasher. It was frustrating to not have use of a dishwasher as we like to cook a lot. The host offered to provide disposable plates & utensils, which were dropped off later that day at the unit.

Cute little spot ideally located

The space was small, but big enough for the two of us and our twin 11 year old granddaughters. It was close to many of the sights we wanted to visit. The space was clean and well stocked. The dish of candy and the bowl of snacks were enjoyed, especially by the girls (though a lot of the items had passed their expiration date). There's a grocery store nearby. Actually close enough to walk back from Pike Place. Parking on the street, but limited to four hours at a time. Can't be extended until about 30 minutes after a session expires. The price was more like $1.50 per hour, as opposed to the 50 cents stated on the description. Parking was free overnight. We never saw a cop so I doubt they check much. Closet space was limited, as it was packed full of extras (including a blow up bed) and several boxes of extra snacks!

Sitting on the sun

Our stay was uncomfortable with the heat in the apartment. Heat thermostat registered 87 degrees just in time to come back from a day of walking and wanting to shower to get read to go out for dinner but instead experiencing a sauna. Sleeping in that heat was impossible, the small balcony had no screen so flies were the only option to have air flow. Only two fans offered that were not powerful to make a dent in that heat. For the price point a small investment of a portable air conditioner would go a long way. Other VRBO guests we met on the rooftop said their units had air con. Renting a place at that cost shouldn't have a family trying to stay away in a cool place dreading to go back to a ferno. I would not recommend this place for anyone in the summer. The positives I want to highlight, the owners were excellent with communications, offering treats and plenty of coffee, rooftop garden had nice views and the location was close to the space needle.

Sweet little glamorous condo with a great view!

My niece and I traveled to Seattle for a concert and stayed here for the weekend. We found a street parking lot and had to renew our parking slip twice daily at just $12-$14 a day. Getting into the building was a little confusing but once we called the host she was able to walk us through the initial call box process. Once we got in the room there was a key fab to use for the rest of our stay. The room was in perfect walking distance for all of the touristy attractions. We lucked out and the weather was great for site seeing and walking everywhere. Otherwise the Ubers from this location would be very affordable. The room smelt good and was decorated nice and girly. Everything was very crisp and clean. The Host had cute snacks out for us too! We utilized the roof top access which I highly recommend because the view is incredible up there. Another extra perk is waking up to the Space Needle view from the bedroom window. The check out process was easy as we didn't have to worry about garbage or Iinens; a very nice perk we appreciated. We both left saying that we would definitely love to come back soon and stay here again!

Location is convenient but too much siren going on all day long . Check in process was a challenge to us . It said C properties on the instruction but unable to locate it in the directory . Better put Common property and we had to wait for the code for a while . The door lock was quite difficult to lock n unlock . Kitchen faucet water temp was too hot . Bathroom needs an anti slip rug or handle to prevent falls especially for seniors n kids . Otherwise our stay was ok . Thanks! Hope you take this into consideration for future guests .

Seattle trip

Our recent stay here didn’t start off smoothly, the initial check in directions that were given were not correct (passwords for entry were not correct). The WiFi was not working at all and needed to be repaired, but once a technician arrived and repaired it, it was good. The condo was clean as described, the carpet is showing some wear and tear.Location was great, close by to the monorail and concert venues and space needle.
