A piece of serenity right in the middle of the city. This stylish home is the perfect package for your friends and family! A light-filled sunroom connected to the dinning space all overlooking the private oasis of the backyard. The incredible upper level boasts vaulted ceilings, office space and a stunning primary suite and a deck perfect for morning coffee. Bonus point, you are within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants & grocery stores!
The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious at 1560 sqft. This is a 3 story townhome with a few steps to entrance.
**Floor Plan**
âą First Floor: Main entrance, half bathroom(sink+toilet), kitchen, dining, sunroom, living room with smart TV (Netflix connected). Sofa bed that sleeps one.
âą Second Floor: Two bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom w/bathtub, laundry. Portable AC in the summer.
âą Third Floor: Primary bedroom suite w/ queen size bed, ensuite bathroom w/shower. Portable AC in the summer.

**About the Reservation**
âą In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
âą We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
âą For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
âą The hot tub in the backyard is not in service and is not advertised as part of this rental.
âą This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
**About Fees & Pricing**
âą The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
âą We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterdayâs pricing.
**House Rules**
⹠This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
âą Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
