- There are two (2) flights of stairs for this property. Please be ready and willing to climb stairs while staying at this property.
- The third sleeping space is the upstairs loft room containing a bunk bed which is full-size on the bottom and twin-size on the top. Please note this room privately has the third floor to itself but is not enclosed from the staircase.
- There is a doorbell camera at the front door entrance to this property to help us monitor occupancy.
- Lower Greenville neighborhood is a lively urban area in Dallas. Occasionally, there is some associated noise but most guests find the property to be quiet and tranquil.
