The space was great for what I needed, everyone loved it. The only thing needs more kitchen utensils

The place was great but like I said need more kitchen cooking utensils for those who like to cook. The guests bedroom was lovely the area was quiet as well.

Great stay!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in Dallas for a bachelorette party! The house was beautiful and in great condition! Only change I would suggest is a few more amenities (shampoo/conditioner, cookware - cookie sheet, extra towels, blankets). Would happily stay again!

This listing was exactly as pictured and super clean! The host went above and beyond with his communication. We recommend this place to anybody who needs a property in a great location, easy access, and great communication throughout their stay.

Family trip

Overall the property was wonderful to stay at, beds were comfortable and all the pictures looked just like the property. Air filters needed changed and the floors had a dirty black film on them. Other then those two things the property was clean and there was also a little park in walking distance for the kids. We would stay here again.

Felt Like Home Away From Home

We loved the space for our family vs 2 hotel rooms. Convenient location to downtown and less than a mile from Trinity Groves ArtPark with lots of great food options and Cake Bar for dessert. Easy to find, clean, garage access, and master bathtub. We brought extra towels bc of other reviews, but there were plenty, and we stayed 3 nights. Owner was super responsive. We did hear a neighborhood dog that barked in the evening, but this did not interrupt our sleep at all. If you are super sensitive, bring a pair of earplugs.

Comfy and clean Townhouse

The property was amazing. A couple of suggestions....a few more towels would be helpful. The towels on sight are looking a little worn and there were no wash clothes. Also, we have never been in a VRBO where shampoo, conditioner and soap for the shower. And maybe a hair dryer per upstairs bathroom. Also, directions on how to use "the nest" If we are back in Dallas or have friends I would definitely suggest you place!!

A Low Quality Rental Near Downtown Dallas

This place was okay if you're seeking a cheap rental near downtown. I didn't receive the check-in information prior to arrival. I had to contact Vrbo and the owner, and it took about 20 minutes to get inside. The parking is very limited, and the garage is small. We got 1 vehicle in the garage and 1 in the driveway. If you have additional vehicles, you'll need to park on the street. The neighborhood has some new builds but it also looks sketchy and unsafe at times. There were crumbs in the kitchen, the door handle to the garage was almost hanging off, the large rug in the front and the floors were filthy (our socks were very dirty after being asked to walk around with no shoes on by the owner), there was a large indention in the bed in the primary suite, and there was a small dead bug on the pillow in another bedroom. The beds were extremely cheap along with the bedding. The furniture looks very worn out because it is so cheap. There is only 1 TV in the entire rental. That TV uses Roku, but it's a bit confusing if you're not familiar with Roku. We were asked to put our linens in the washer to help the owner save on cleaning costs. Yet, we are renting the space expecting cleaning services to be included. Of course we did not trash the place or leave it dirty. However, expecting guests to do laundry is not my idea of customer service. I would only recommend this place if you are looking for a cheap place to lay your head while accessing downtown Dallas.

Hidden gem!

The property was REALLY nice and clean! All the bedrooms are upstairs so those who wanted to stay up late wouldn't bother the ones who were asleep. Kitchen and main bathroom were the main draws for me. Verrryyy nice spaces. Also a good amount of parking. Would definitely stay again.

Family Getaway

We had a quick family vacation with 3 couples and a teen. The house had plenty of space and a good kitchen for our family meals. We parked a Durango in the garage and two Rams in the driveway. The neighborhood is under going a beautification process (not noisy) and was in the perfect location for our visit. The property was very clean and the owner was easy to communicate with.

Beautiful house in West Dallas. My friends who live in the area were quite impressed. Easy communication with host. Plenty of space for our group, and the location made it easy to access downtown. Definitely would stay again.
