Casa Ixtapa - Fresh New Listing Located in The Key Allegro Marina Club!

Casa Ixtapa is located on the exclusive Key Allegro Island here in Rockport. This town home has three (3) bedrooms and two (2) and a half bathroom, offers sleeping for six (6) guests. Located facing Little Bay overlooking the Key Allegro Marina with a fish cleaning stand with power with water, and a ladder into the canal for easy access. Perfect location to watch the yearly fireworks!

Casa Ixtapa offers a simple elegance throughout, giving you a relaxing welcoming feeling. There is a bedroom located on the first floor with two (2) twins. The first-floor bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a large vanity.

The kitchen, living/dining area are located on the second floor. There are internal stairs to each level of this town home. Upon entering the second floor you are once again greeted with an open floor plan with plenty of seating for relaxing and dining. The dining table will seat six (6). There is a large flat screen tv in the living area that you can log in to your favorite streaming app during your stay.  The amazing kitchen is also fully stocked with all your kitchen wares and offers a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a Mr. Coffee coffee pot.

The master bedroom is located on the third (3rd) floor and has a king-size bed, dresser, tv and large walk-in closet.  The master bathroom has two separate vanities with a large walk-in shower area.  The guest bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and closet.

The upper patio deck faces Little Bay. Currently, Key Allegro is currently in the process of rebuilding the beloved Key Allegro Marina. Once complete, you can enjoy all the extra benefits it will have to offer within walking distance! The downstairs porch also faces the water and has several seating areas for guests to relax and enjoy the cool coastal breeze. Grilling is a breeze on the brand-new charcoal grill. Guests will also have the luxury of using the two-car garage during their stay.

Just a few minutes from the downtown Rockport and Fulton areas, Key Allegro offers easy access for golf carts and is close to many local restaurants and other entertainment. This is the absolute perfect spot to watch the July 4th and Christmas fireworks every year, With perfect views of Little Bay and Rockport Beach!!

Rockport Beach Park and Aransas National Wildlife Refuge reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Fulton Fishing Pier and Texas Maritime Museum. Aquarium at Rockport Harbor and Aransas Pass Aquatic Center are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Lovely views in every direction

This clean and modern rental leaves nothing to be desired. Everything you need in a great location with 360 views of the bay and canals. All the bathrooms one could want and plenty of parking for four.

Property was very clean and has a beautiful view. Three stories with plenty of room for the whole family. Would definitely rent again.

Best Weekend Getaway

We had the BEST Memorial Day weekend trip ever! Casa Ixtapa is a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of the bay and a peaceful, relaxing environment. We enjoyed the view while sipping coffee in the morning and wine in the evening.
