Set Sail- Waterfront, Pool, Personal Hottub,Walk to Bars, Restaurants, Pier

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home offers an additional den and 1715 Square feet. When you walk into the front door you enter the den that has a sleeper sofa and is a great place for the kids to hangout. Two bedrooms and a full bath are towards the waterside of the home. One of the bedrooms has a King size bed and the other a Queen bed, both bedrooms have a wonderful view of Aransas Bay. There is a large patio out the back door where you will also find the private hot tub overlooking the water. There is a one car garage to put your beach and fishing gear. Upstairs are the Views, Views, Views! The open living room/ kitchen/ dining area has plenty room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The large balcony off the living area has a nice table and chairs to sit and watch the water with a coffee or a cocktail. The master bedroom and bath are also on this level with an additional half bath. The master has a King size bed and the bath room is amazing. Soak in the oversized tub and watch your favorite show. This vacation home is brand new and in the middle of all the action. You can easily walk to 6 restaurants and the Irish Pub is right next door. Be one of the first people to stay in the long awaited Seven Palms Resort!

Relaxing and a Great Location

Comfortable and spacious house with great view of the bay (and peilcans) from the upper deck, perfect for beautiful sunrises with coffee. Excellent location, too, with restaurants and a coffee bar within walking distance. It also served as a great home base for exploring Aransas National Wildlife Refuge.

This is a wonderful, beautiful home with a beautiful view of the water and birds. Great sunrises on deck while drinking coffee. Great home base for our vacation! Very quick response when we had an issue with the heating. Highly recommend this property and host.

Family Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and spacious enough for 4 adults, two teenagers and two dogs. Location was excellent; close to stores and restaurants but far enough to avoid traffic and crowds. There was a small ant problem when we arrived but a can of ant spray was left at the house and we were able to get it under control quickly. Overall and great place to stay.

The property was exactly as listed. Quiet and clean with nice amenities, excellent bay views and in a great location close to numerous restaurants. The only improvement I would like to see is access to network programming in order to watch sporting events. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Beach Trip

The house was clean, and had a cute Beachy vibe. It was decorated very modern, and had plenty of space. I’m walking distance to the Fulton Pier and many of the local restaurants. The Port Aransas Pass Ferry was a short drive, which made getting to Port Aransas Beach an easy commute. I recommend taking the Ferry instead of driving. We did both! We visited both The Fulton Irish Pub and the Boiling Pot, and the food was excellent. Great place to stay!
