My family of five had just a wonderful time at this gorgeous house on the water! We Loved the board games that they had for us to play and how spacious the house is. The mattresses were very comfortable too!

Fun place to stay!

We had a blast! There are lots of things to do close by, some really cute little shops and some parks and rockport beach. Hanging out at the house was great also, the backporch is perfect for sitting out playing games and fishing!

Everything you need!

Our week at the Flamingo House was wonderful. Conveniently located to restaurants and stores, beautiful and spotlessly clean home, new appliances, perfectly stocked and furnished… an abundance of fresh towels, and the kitchen had every pot, pan, utensil or dish you could possibly need. Lots of comfortable seating for lounging. Having our boat docked right outside the back door was so convenient. We highly recommend this home for a fabulous couples or family getaway.

House was nice, clean. Was not welcomed to house and felt like we were bothering her when contacted. Nothing in kitchen except very basic utensil Bbq pit is filthy and beyond use. Did not feel welcomed as compared to other places we stayed. No basket soap and shampoo in bathroom. Cheapest toilet paper. Hand soap in kitchen and bathroom empty. No welcome basket or contact except pre written text inquiry. Would not stay again.

We only supply a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and conditioners, trash bags etc.. Once you run out you are instructed to purchase your own. This is in your guest portal prior to coming. These owners do not supply guest baskets. We want to do the best job. Your feedback will help us be better in the future. Flamingo House - Nov 2023

The house was beautiful and well stocked. Minor issues with arrival, code did not include check mark symbol so door would not open. Tried calling customer service multiple times and could not get through. Went to office and was able to get assistance. Had issues with the toilet in between the 2 bedrooms, make a loud noise, reported it. Office send a repair man but we couldn’t get the noise to happen while he was there. There fan in the same restroom would stop when it was on then come back on. On our last day when we were checking out, we went around the house making sure we cleaned and took trash out. When I was checking the back yard for trash and straightening out the chairs I happened to open the BBQ grill and found it dirty. We never barbecued during out stay. The previous renters must have used it and housekeeping never cleaned it. Those were the only issues we had. Nothing major, we really enjoyed our stay and we will be back.
